  Camilo and his group were very unscrupulous. They came to my house and told me to call my insurance company to file a claim. They didn't even check my policy documents properly. He knew I had a $4,200 deductible, and he still told me to call. They approved the claim for my roof. They approved about $4,400, and after subtracting the $4,200 deductible, I ended up with a check for about $200. Now I'm left without a new roof and with a claim that will appear on my policy for several years. Camilo is very inexperienced; be careful.

Your claim was approved, but the financial outcome was determined by your mandatory deductible and the non-recoverable depreciation of your policy, factors beyond our control. We understand this can be frustrating, but our guidance was always focused on helping you understand your options. We understand your frustration, which is why, even after the outcome, we sought to support you by recommending better coverage alternatives for the future and financing options for your home.   Camillo installed a new roof for my mom a couple months ago and it looked great so last week they also installed my roof in less than six hours. the crew did a really great job, and Camillo was personable and even went to check my mom's roof next door after finishing mine. overall it was a great experience. would recommend to anyone that I know.

  Good experience. The work was very well done. The insurance company didn't cover the full amount they were supposed to, but Homeshield helped me get them to pay for the roof replacement.
