  I had a very positive experience in the beginning. Miles was a great contractor and he was very professional. Now that he has left the company I can’t even get a call back. Apparently Hudson has inherited my project. I called on July 10 to ask for an accounting because I believe there is work that hasn’t been completed that I paid for. I emailed Hudson my information and the insurance estimates on that day. It is now almost a month later and he is still avoiding me. I just called home office and they told me that no one can help me.

  I was referred to Home Pro and Drue as the point of contact by a coworker of mine. I spoke with Drue for some time prior to pulling the trigger, he answered all of my questions before committing to a full roof replacement. Once everything got started it was a breeze. Drue and his team handled everything from start to finish. My insurance company was the absolute worst to deal with during this process and Drue and his team took over every phone call necessary to complete the job. I really just sat back and let them handle it all. I highly recommend these guys.

  Super smooth process, Griffin was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of everything, once everything was processed with my insurance the job was scheduled right away, supplies came Friday, crew showed up Saturday and got my roof done quickly and professionally, they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves and the roof and other repairs look great!

  Very happy with what they did. Little Hiccup with supplier delivery but it happens. They promised it would be done in one day and it is. Thank you Darrel, Donnie and the crew. IT LOOKS AWESOME!
