Brayden with Hayes Family Roofing Llc handled our full roof replacement and added gutter guards, and the whole experience was excellent. from the first inspection to the final clean-up, he was one of the most professional roofing contractors i have worked with. he was on time, detailed, and honest, and he explained each step clearly, including the estimate, materials, install schedule, and debris removal. The crew showed up right when tracy said they would, worked hard, were respectful around our home, and did quality roofing work. They also made sure the yard and driveway were cleaned up well after the project, which really matters after a roofing job. In Pflugerville, with the strong sun, heat, and storms, it gave us confidence knowing the roof system and gutter protection were installed the right way. i would use them again anytime and would gladly recommend them for roof inspection, roof repair, or a full replacement because the service was smooth, reliable, and well done.

My family member and a friend had used Hayes Family Roofing LLC before, and they were very pleased with the roof work and customer service, so when we noticed a leak starting, I decided to call. That turned out to be a very smart choice. After inspecting the roof, they explained that a recent storm in Pflugerville had caused hail strikes and a few lifted shingles right around the leak area. They were open, honest, and easy to talk to about the insurance option, and even though I was unsure at first, they made the whole roofing process simple and stress free. They walked me through each step, handled the details well, and made it feel almost hands off for me. In the end, I was approved for a full roof replacement. I also chose to upgrade to architectural shingles, and the price was fair for the quality of materials and workmanship. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and real care. They also made sure the property was cleaned up well after the install, and the new roof looks great and is holding up well in the Texas weather. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I could not be happier with the service and new roof installation from Hayes Family Roofing LLC. My second story roof over an older home addition had been patched several times over the years by me and past owners, so it was clearly time …

Great experience with gutter replacement and roofing inspections. Brayden and Tracy were true professionals, honest and easy to work with, and they gave a clear, realistic assessment of what my roof and gutter system needed now and what might need attention later. They never pushed extra work and took time to explain the condition of the gutters, drainage, and overall roofing components in simple terms. They were patient with my busy schedule, flexible when setting appointments, and always quick with communication. The crew showed up on time, kept the project organized, and the gutter installation quality was excellent. After multiple heavy rains, everything has been draining properly with no issues at all. It is hard to find a roofing company that is this dependable, fair, and straightforward. I would gladly use them again for future roof, gutter, and exterior home projects.

Our worn-out roof was replaced and the crew did an excellent job for a fair price. Not long after, a strong Texas hailstorm came through and many homes nearby needed new roofing, but we waited because we were worried about the cost of …

Tracy and the crew from Hayes Family Roofing LLC did an excellent job putting on my new roof in a very professional and skilled way. tracy was easy to work with and stayed involved through the whole project. he took extra care to make sure the new shingles matched the roof on my detached workshop, which really helped everything look clean and consistent. the crew showed up early, had all materials ready, removed the old shingles, and finished the new installation the same day. i was impressed by how organized, efficient, and respectful everyone was. they kept the work moving smoothly, made sure the job site stayed under control, and delivered strong roofing workmanship in the texas heat. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or shingle repair work.

We were referred to Hayes Family Roofing Llc for a reroofing project. The roof had three old layers of shingles and a weakly supported add-on over part of the building, so it was a tough job from the start. Tracy went up on the roof with me and clearly explained what repairs, decking work, and roofing materials would be needed. We worked out a schedule that fit the repair work and the weather, especially the rain. The crew showed up on time, worked fast and safely, and delivered solid workmanship with a quality finished roof. The final results looked great, and I would highly recommend them for reroofing and roof repair work.

Roof repairs can get expensive, and I had been putting this off because small repair work often takes time away from full roof replacement jobs. I reached out for a couple of estimates and was really glad I did. Brayden came out, completed a thorough roof inspection, and walked my steep two-story roof with no problem. He clearly explained the roofing issues, showed me what needed attention, and gave me a fair quote with no pressure. A few days later, Tracy came out and handled the repair work quickly and professionally. The main job was replacing the vent pipe boot flashings, and the work was done the right way. On top of that, Tracy noticed several other roof vents had not been properly sealed or secured, so he fixed those as well. That extra attention to detail really stood out. The whole process was smooth, honest, and efficient. They communicated well, showed up ready to work, and made sure the roof was in better shape before they left. In Texas weather, it is important to have a roofing crew that understands heat, storms, and sudden rain, and this team clearly does. I could not be happier with the roof repair service and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing dependable roofing work.

Our roof deck over the living room had been leaking off and on for a long time, and we needed a real roofing pro because this was already our third roof replacement. I found a roofing contractor online after reading strong reviews, and Tracy responded to my request quickly. Tracy came out the very next day, inspected the problem, and found the source of the water intrusion right away. The crew spent two full days rebuilding and improving the whole area. They reworked the parapet walls, reinforced the framing, installed a new rubberized roofing layer, and finished it with cement board siding and composite decking. They also made sure the flashing, drainage, and waterproofing details were handled the right way for long-term protection in the Texas heat and heavy rain. Everything now feels solid, sealed up, and built to last. It was a big roofing project, but the workmanship was worth it. Roofing is clearly their specialty, and they will be my first call for any future roofing work.

We got two bids at first for a standing seam metal roof on our home, and one was almost twice as much as what Hayes Family Roofing LLC later quoted. Another bid came in lower, but the communication was not great and it did not give us much …

An honest roofing company that truly goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Tracy was a big help on install day and made sure everything was checked the right way. During the roofing project, we were concerned about mold in the attic decking, and it could not be seen from the outside. Tracy inspected the attic and found 8 sheets of roof plywood that needed replacement, which gave us peace of mind knowing nothing was missed. We really appreciated that the crew took our concerns seriously and handled the roof work with care and professionalism. There was a small misunderstanding in the contract, but it was resolved quickly and in a positive way. Brayden also followed up with a sincere apology and made sure we felt heard and taken care of. It is rare to find a roofing team this reliable, thorough, and easy to work with. We are very thankful for the great service and would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.
