  Highline needs to train their employees on safe driving. They merge out of their property with zero regard for anyone else. No signals. No warning. Almost had a bad wreck today because of it. Not the first time they have done this but this was the worse time.

  To make a long story short, I wouldn't recommend highline metals to anyone. Terrible customer service, if you want customer service, go to Jesco metals. Highline lost thousands of dollars from me,

  I made an offer on roofing materials that was accepted only to be called back and told they decided to sell to someone else after my offer was confirmed. That’s bad business. I should’ve been given the opportunity to raise my offer before double selling

  Ordered up some snap-lock roof panels, and appropriate trim items, for our new house we built back in 2021. Working with the Highline team was far easier than I expected it would be (since I'm not a roofer). They took the time to answer all my installation questions, and the end product looks rather professional (even though a DIYer job). All this and the pricing was decent too! Since there wasn't one negative to report, they've earned the full 5-star rating.

  Beware when placing orders. My elderly father asked for enough metal to cover 40 feet and was sold 40 pieces. Over $1300, and they don't accept returns once the sale is complete. Additionally, who needs 1000 screws? Oh, and Highline won't accept an unopened bag of screws back either. Other than pushing more products than necessary, the product is great, and turnaround time is outstanding.
