This company is responsive — they always answer the phone, provide a quote, and complete the job. However, the reason for the 1-star review is the quality of their work. After a full re-roof, the roof began leaking almost immediately. They’ve had to return multiple times — nearly 20 visits — to try and fix the same issue, but the problem persists. Another concern is that they often blame previous roofers for the issues, yet their own work has proven to be just as problematic. While I appreciate their willingness to come back and attempt to resolve the problem, the repeated poor-quality repairs are frustrating and unacceptable.

It I could give them zero stars I would. very unprofessional and they leave debris everywhere. roofing nails all over our driveways and our cars got multiple flats. half the workers look like they were just released from prison. I have never seen such an unprofessional situation going on and we are only half way thru the project.

Hi Rise roofing was an amazing vendor. I used them professionally to reroof a 17 building property in Weston. They were clean, professional, very good communication, and if there were any issues they explained why and documented with photos. All the permits were pulled and closed by them. Full service contract! They kept a tracker with each roof and the various stages of completion Any change orders were discussed prior and documented. They did so much work and completed this project ahead of schedule. 5* Service. I would use them again for any and all roof related repairs. Thank you George and Bruce, you both made the project easy.
