Hi Low Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Hi Low Roofing.

Pleased with the finished product (roof) that was done by a contractor but very disappointed with the customer service. Signed the contract in September and was told would have roof done in 2 weeks, it wasn’t done until December. Unless I called them I heard nothing, no communication until I basically demanded it. So if you ask me, you’re rolling the dice if you deal with them.

I replaced the whole roof of my rental property in Winter Garden in May. Matt was very helpful and patient throughout the process. The installation crew was friendly and professional, they completed the job as scheduled and seamlessly. Highly recommend them.

The quality of the work is outstanding — my new roof not only looks amazing but I can already tell it’s built to last. They also helped me navigate through options and made sure I stayed within my budget without cutting corners.

The people were on time and courteous . Clean, and very respectful of our property. The job was done in one day, was quoted two days. Matthew the sales rep was very personable, and explained everything in great detail prior to the job. The workers/roofers were very kind. Great experience and a beautiful job well done.

I recommend Hi Low to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced right. So many other companies gave me and my wife the run around and delayed the process, but Ben and his team worked efficiently to have my roof replaced after a bad hurricane last year! Thanks Hi Low!
