  On June 20,2021, the roof of my house was damaged in a severe thunderstorm. At the request of my insurance company, Heritage Roofing came out and patched holes in the roof. They informed us that they would be back in 4-6 weeks to repair the roof. This involved stripping the entire roof to repair damaged sheathing & the eves throughs, so we asked to have the repair date in late September after we closed our pool to prevent further damage from the debris. To which they agreed. In September, they told us they couldn't come until the Spring of 2022. In March of 2022, they said they had to do a NEW repair estimate because of rising material costs. Mark attended to our home where our daughter was there to allow him access to the attic if needed. Today ( May 9,2022 ) I was informed that Instead of doing the new estimate, he walked away because I wasn't there personally. As of today, they have still not scheduled the repair and we have asked our insurance company to assign a new roofer to fix the damage.... Excuse after excuse from this company and the nerve to blame us in the end !!

  Brent although we appreciate all reviews and are happy to have all reviews posted, a negative review without any facts is not appreciated. The fact in this matter is that you do not and have not had any contract with our company in regards to doing your roof. I would kindly ask that you remove your review and the false information included in it.

  Tried to purchase a new roof from this business. They cancelled appt 2 hours before then rescheduled . They never showed up or called for that appt. Extremely poor way to do business! If I could give you < 1 star, I would!

  Heritage Roofing are AMAZING to work with. Matt Trussetter was extremely helpful from the beginning to end even including our financing with Fianance It. Matt gave us three options to pick from after we had settled on a color for our shingles and he did not put any pressure on us to buy any specific company or their shingles We did our research and decided on GAF and their Timberline UHDZ shingle. All three prices were fair but we went with the GAF Timberline complete package because it offered us a class 4 shingle which has a Wind Proven warranty that covers wind related shingle damage regardless of the wind speed. The shingles themselves are covered by a 50 year warranty which we felt was in our best interest or a future buyer of our home. We also replaced our two old sky lights with two new Velux sky lights with solar binds installed in both of them, what a treat to be able to control the amount of light or sunshine coming in through the two of them. Randy and his crew were outstanding, our roof is large and they got it all done in one day, ther arrived at 6:45 am and finished around 6:30pm. They came back the next morning for some finishing work and a good clean up. We were totally IMPRESSED by their work habits and workmanship. I also need to give shout out to Mike, he dropped the two trailers for the garbage and the old shingles, plywood, old wind vents, etc. and took them away when required. Overall, the Heritage Roofing staff were thoughtful and polite and answered any questions we had. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for any better from Heritage Roofing. I would highly recommend them, it can not hurt to at least talk to Matt if you are looking for a new roof. I am sure you will be as impressed as we were but also realize that their is no pressure what so ever applied by Matt. Scott

  They were very professional. The crew also cleaned up after work everyday,and did a walk around when done... We had our house shingled and sided and a steel roof on the garage.. We will not use any other company.
