  My experience with them was terrible the rod guy, which I don’t think he knows much of anything. Can’t even give you the courtesy to call you back to even tell you what their quote was or to even let you know they’re still working on it. They are too good to be bothered. I would not recommend them to anybody and they should get rid of that guy cause he ain’t no salesman. Or whatever he supposed to be tries to tell me we need to dig down 48 inches to put a foundation in for a 35 foot awning. I told him no we don’t. I already have half inch 4 x 4, steel columns one at each end and one in the middle holding up a steel beam that is already holding up the awning. I just wanna say thank you for the phone call back and you should get rid of that guy rod and all I wanted was some screens but he says I need a foundation. The guy is useless.

  We had Diamond do our roof, let me start by saying they are wolves in sheep clothing!! Very nice at first, but once the job started there were many inconsistencies from the quote to the work completed. The workmanship was very poor at best!many areas needed to be redone before sign off because of materials used incorrectly this resulted in leaks in my kitchen, leaving significant damage. No resolution in site from Diamond!

  We had a new roof installed by Diamond Home Improvements in March of 2012. Since then, we have lost shingles five different times over the past 14 years. We believe this may be due to the shingles being installed incorrectly or possibly because they did not seal properly when they were installed in March.

  Diamond Home Improvements = Poor workmanship! Windows wrong size - 1 inch smaller than original Took short cuts and installed on top of old cedar siding Had to hire a local contractor to redo all work

  Terrible communication ,worst ever ,had a new roof put on, first good rain I learned they messed up my skylight .With that came a ruined interior wall that was 6 weeks ago .I placed a tarp over my 9,000 dollar roof,and I'm still waiting for my roof to be repaired, heard back in 3 weeks .Oh yes Rod Gillen tells me I have to pay the cost of the skylight that they damaged another$ 710.00 .Would never recommend them .Still Waiting

  Couldn't be happier! From the beginning, communication was clear, service was excellent, pricing was very reasonable. Crew was efficient and cleaned up, left no mess. Will call Diamond again for the next project.

  Recently got my front door replaced, Five out of five service from everyone. Have to give a personal shout out to the installers for being on time, very professional and friendly. Would consider calling the company back for additional services.

  Very good workers. No mess, very polite. They worked during extreme hot days, limited time. We didn't want anyone getting heatstroke or passing out up on the roof. We would recommend Diamond 100%.
