Dufour did our roof in 2025 and we were very pleased with their work. However, a little less than 1 year later the skylight in our sunroom started to leak. It had never leaked in the 15 years prior. We called Dufour to come and have a look and make any repairs needed but he would not return our calls. Any company that doesn’t back up their work is not a company I can recommend.

Hi there, Although we did not do work for you, we understand you were not happy with the quote given. As we explained before, just because your neighbour was given a lower price, almost a year ago, doesn't mean you are entitled to that same price. As explained to you before, material prices have since increased, and the workload was completely different. After your inappropriate behavior during price discussion, and now a bad review, it's clear you feel entitled to a unreasonably low price. Unfortunately, we are not willing to work for free.

10/10 for communication and transparency. Everything was exactly as quoted and clearly explained to my husband and I. The whole crew were extremely respectful of us and our property, making sure it was left clean when they were finished. Appreciate the job well done.

This was my first time using Pat’s service, and I was really impressed. Even on short notice, he was able to come out and take care of my downspout issue quickly. He’s very friendly, does great work, and his pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

I'm so so grateful to Dufour's Roofing! Had a roof emergency and reached out, got a response quickly even though it was after working hours. Pat came the next day to assess and do a temporary fix, and now it's fully fixed with no sign there was ever anything wrong! And at such a fair price too. Will absolutely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone who needs roof work done. 10/10 service!

This company is amazing. Did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need, worked with me to provide the insurance company all their required information. When the day came to do the job, it was quick, clean and above my expectations. The owner was very professional and great at explaining and showing me pictures of all the work completed.

I’ve hired Dufour’s Roofing for a few jobs over the years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Pat is always thorough, punctual, and professional. He takes real pride in his work and consistently delivers quality craftsmanship. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and respectful in the trades, and that’s exactly why I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofer.

I recently noticed an issue with some water damage while renovating a bedroom. I acted fast and called Pat. Upon arrival for an inspection/estimate, he instantly reassured me that he would correct the issue properly to give me a lasting sense of peace of mind. He showed me the issues at hand and was very honest and professional. During the installation process, Pat and his crew members were all friendly and upheld great cleanliness. They were very thorough with the magnet cleanup to ensure they picked up every nail. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend him and his crew members. They have earned a lifelong customer.
