  Had Kenny come to our house for an estimate on taking down a load-bearing wall, and doing some deck work as well. We were impressed, but 6 weeks and half a dozen phone calls later, all we can get is the poor receptionist apologizing to us over and over. No call backs, no estimate, nothing. I know contractors are busy, but a simple call or even email letting us know they can’t take the job would at least be courteous and respectful of everyone’s time. Needless to say, quite disappointed.

  as long as everything is fine with the client, they are fine, If there is a any problem or you don't like anything they do, you are screwed. After they finish with my house, first rain comes and i get a leak in the middle of living room. i called them, they came and put some silicone on the roof and it stops the leak. now he won't pay for the painters cost to fix the ceiling. don't want to hear it, telling me it's impossible that the leak was caused by him. Very rude and annoying to deal with it. I don't care about the money i had to pay to the painter, but his approach to any detail or mistake is just wrong. they were the most expansive from four different companies, but i took them thinking situation like this could be prevented. I would not recommend them to anybody.

  We took care of the problem. It was not a siding issue, rather a roofing issue. Nevertheless, we split the payment for the painting work.

  Good contractor for initial work. But don't ask them to come back...they do not respond! Poor customer service. We hired Hendo Contracting to take care of several items on our house, one item being adding sealer to our roof. After only a few months the sealer is peeling right off the roof! On windy days you can find sealer blown all over our yard. Contact Hendo several times via email, no response. Called spoke to Bob, who response "we will send someone out." They never do! I would not use this contractor again. Unreliable!

  Hendo did an amazing job on our addition. All extra work requested was done in a quick timely manner and the pricing was fair and competitive. Also when any issues came up the owner Kenny addressed them personally. Their project manager Danny was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

  Hendo did our Roof, Windows, and Siding with Stone facade accents. We loved the outcome! The hard workibg crew was skilled, respectful, considerate of our family, including our fogs! They worked as team along with the Owners and Foreman to provide us with a wonderful result! Thank You for everything, Hendo!

  About seven years ago, Hendo built our wonderful deck and it's still amazing, and this summer we used Hendo to give us a new roof, siding, leaders, and gutters. I cannot say enough good things about the team and the high quality of the work Juan and Manuel did. Phil and Kenny were very easy to work with, and went out of their way to give us everything we wanted. The siding job also used a separate contractor for the installation of stone veneer, and Hendo coordinated with him very well in terms of timing and the permit. Finally, their price was extremely reasonable for the scope of the work they accomplished. I give them my highest recommendation -- if there were more than five stars, they would get them all.

  I’m incredibly pleased with the excellent job they did renovating my home. They installed a brand-new roof, new siding, replaced all the windows and doors, and built a beautiful new Trex deck. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch, and every detail was handled with care and precision. The crew was not only highly skilled but also very pleasant to work with—always respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with.
