I need to change my review - because after having work done and having an issue that needs to be addressed - they have not returned my calls or emails at all - I am very disappointed at the way they are simply ignoring my cals and emails. Not what I would have expected. -- this is what I orginally said - but i no longer can recommend - "I highly recommend Artisan Exteriors. For their excellence, professionalism, quality of work, communication, punctuality, attention to detail, integrity and follow-up."

Called and requested a quote on a roof replacement. Was told I would receive a quote. Did not receive a quote. Called again and left a message that I had not received the quote. Did not receive a quote. Can't do business if I can't get a quote.

sol was great to work with- he was patient at the initial meetings - spending time to really evaluate options with me and explain everything in detail. he and his staff were professional and made sure the work was done in a way that did not interfere with our day to day life- cleaning up each day. They did the work as if they were working on their own homes spending time to make sure everything was done well- paying attention to details as well as overall look.
