I am normally very skeptical when I find a contractor that a friend or neighbor hasn't used. When I saw Cuenca driving through my neighborhood, I asked them for a consultation. I hired them and was not disappointed. They replaced and repaired my soffits and gutters and even part of my roof. When they discovered rotten existing framing, they clearly explained the issue, the fix and the additional cost-which I was totally fine with because they wanted to do a complete and thorough job. I took one star off because there was no draping over my mulched landscaping and even after they used a blower there was still debris. BUT, God bless them, when I pointed it out, the worker went through and meticulously got it! Next time, we will be prepared- and there will be a next time because I can't wait to hire them for much bigger jobs like replacing the whole roof, my windows and siding. Thank s, Juan!
