  Scheduled 2 separate days for him to come out. The first was cancelled because his daughter was sick which I totally understand but the second he never even showed up for. Never called or emailed to let us know anything at all.

  They did job 1st time. Now leak is back and now waiting on an estimate for them to redo my leak. Owners real busy not prompt in returning calls. Called office several times for a response. 1st time service was better in communication but not now in re-doing the roof

  Quoted a price and they changed the total at the end due to "unforseen circumstances". You did the inspection and quoted the price then changed it and threatened to sue. Disgusting "business" people

  Dakota, Thank you for your review, you seem to give reviews quite often. I assume you are related to Mrs. Charity Worrick, a customer of ours, because your name isn't in our system. We acknowledge your concerns and greatly apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been with our contract. The line item for unforseen items, such as rotted/damaged wood decking replacement above and beyond what is visible or determinable at the time of inspection (without damaging the existing roof), especially when there are three layers of existing roofing and minimal to no attic space, are essential for businesses like ours, if not, we wouldn't be in business. We must have a nailable surface to fasten the new roofing materials to, per local building codes and manufacturer's specifications. In the case of Mrs. Worrick, her decking was in very rough shape. We addressed all decking and rafter issues and provided a lifetime roof to her, with warranties. We did not threaten to sue, we rightfully sought what we worked for and with the great work of our attorney, we were rightfully paid. We are a very successful business and we take great pride in the quality of work we provide to our customers. Customer satisfaction is #1 priority for us. We're sorry we had some trouble with Mrs. Worrick, but we are very pleased to know she can rest peacefully at night without ever having to worrying about her roof again!   Nathan did a roof estimate on a house that I am selling. When he left the house, he left the main door of the house standing wide-open and the keys laying out on the table. When I confronted him about it, his answer was "Sorry, nobody is perfect." I appreciate that he admitted it, but he was entrusted with the safety and security of our house - and he was careless. Not someone that I would want doing a job for me!

  Nathan and his crew went above and beyond before we even began the new roofing process. We had a terrible leak and he fixed it before we even decided to replace our roof.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Heartland Roofing. They have roofed several of my homes over the years, and every experience has been exceptional. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. From start to finish, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality are truly impressive, and they don't cut corners. You can tell they strive for perfection in everything they do. Finding a contractor you can trust isn't easy, but Heartland Roofing has earned my trust time and time again.   Highly Recommend Heartland Roofing – Honest, Professional, and Quality Work I recently had my roof replaced by Heartland Roofing, along with new gutters and shutters, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I originally reached out to them because I remembered seeing their sign in my neighbor’s yard a few years ago. What stood out back then—and still does—is that they were the only roofing company that didn’t knock on my door trying to sell me something. In my neighborhood, every time someone gets a new roof, I seem to get bombarded with salespeople telling me I need one too. Heartland wasn’t like that at all. When I contacted Nathan from Heartland, he was prompt, respectful, and easy to communicate with. He kept in touch via text, showed up when he said he would, and was completely straightforward. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me. He told me honestly that I could do the roof now or even wait a year or so. That kind of honesty is rare. Even though my insurance (Farm Bureau) wouldn’t cover the roof, Nathan still worked with me to get everything done within a reasonable budget. He made sure I was 100% happy with the color choices and overall look before moving forward. The crew did excellent work, showed up on time, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done—no nails, no trash, no mess left behind. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s honest, easy to work with, and delivers high-quality results, I highly recommend Heartland Roofing.

  Nathan and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. The clean up after the job was extremely good. Nathan kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciate his promptness and will do business with him again. The metal roof looks awesome thanks to Nathan and his crew.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Heartland Roofing in Maryville. Nathan Chamberlin was responsive, professional, and reasonable. The work was completed quickly and they left the yard completely clean. Highly recommend without hesitation.

  Nathan and Heartland Roofing were wonderful. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Nathan communicated throughout the process including sending pictures so we could see what things looked like and what repairs needed to be done. They finished quickly and cleaned up leaving no proof they were even there. Nathan we extremely kind and helpful and would highly recommend him and his crew .

  Several years ago we had a roof leak with a lot of damage. I called lots of roofing companies, and only got two responses. One said it would be three weeks before they could come look at the roof, and Heartland said they would be at the house the next morning. They showed up, and we appreciate that!! A week or so ago, they took the old roofing off and put a new one on, took out the old chimney flue that was not up to code and not used any more, and cleaned the gutters. Also, they did a wonderful job cleaning everything up. We have yet to find one nail or piece of anything. We highly recommend them!
