  Huge shout out to bradley!! He was great to work with and helped us through every step after roof and exterior storm damage. On his first visit, i asked why i should choose this roofing company since i had seen mixed online reviews. He explained that the team had made big improvements and was focused on better service and quality roofing work. From my experience, that proved true. bradley kept me updated the whole way, helped me deal with the insurance company, made sure the roofing crews showed up on time and stayed on task, got documentation from the supplier when sealant delays slowed the job, and sent detailed notes to insurance about when materials were ordered, received, and delivered. He also followed up after each part of the project was finished. The final result looks awesome. We had shingles, siding, doors, and windows replaced, and the whole job came together really well. bradley also brought a lot of roofing and construction knowledge, including smart details like adding flashing at the front of the garage to help keep water away from the wood. That kind of advice really helped us protect the house, especially with the heat, storms, and heavy rain that can happen around Frontage Rd Round Rock. The crews did solid work. They were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up very well before leaving each day. I found a few nails here and there, but with a roofing and exterior project, that can happen. They were even kind enough to play with my dogs when they came outside to visit. i would absolutely use bradley and the team again. I was asked to leave a review, and because i am truly happy with the service, communication, and finished roofing work, i am glad to post one.

  High-quality roofing work and quick service. I called for an estimate and had my new roof installed soon after. It took less than two days for the crew to tear off the old roof and put on a new shingle roof. They did an excellent job cleaning up all the roofing debris, so there were no nails or materials left scattered around the yard. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and kept me informed through the whole roofing process. The roof decking underneath was in poor condition, and they replaced several full sheets. I appreciated that they only charged for the extra materials and did not add surprise labor costs to the original estimate. In the Texas heat, it was great to have a reliable roofing contractor that worked efficiently and paid attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them for any roof replacement or roofing repair project.

  Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc did an excellent job on our home, and I highly recommend them. We needed new window flashing, drip edge and trim work along the sides of the house, plus repair work where water had caused damage around the exterior. Jonah came out, inspected everything carefully, explained what the roofline and siding needed, and gave us a very fair price for the amount of work. The recommendations made a lot of sense and matched what we had already been told the house needed, which gave us even more confidence in the plan. Our home is very old, so I was concerned the repairs around the windows and exterior details might take away from its original character. Instead, the crew found materials that blended in really well with the style of the house and kept the decorative features looking great. They were professional, easy to work with, and paid close attention to the finish quality. The repairs helped protect the home from future water issues, and everything looks clean, solid, and well done. We would absolutely use them again for any future roofing or exterior repair needs.

  Replacing a roof is usually stressful, but this was a really pleasant experience with Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc. After strong wind and hail, our roof started leaking and needed fast attention. A neighbor recommended them, and when we called, bradley came out the next day. He checked the roof carefully, explained the damage in simple terms, and gave us a clear estimate. Once the insurance adjuster finished the damage review, i called to get on the schedule. I expected to wait several weeks, but they were able to move quickly and get the roof replacement started within just a few days. In the meantime, jonah and the crew placed a tarp over the damaged area to stop any more water from getting inside, which gave us real peace of mind. The roofing materials were delivered promptly, and work started right away. The crew stayed organized, worked hard in the heat, and completed the job efficiently. Cleanup was thorough, and they also did an excellent job with the interior sheetrock repair and painting where the leak had caused damage. everything looked neat and professionally finished when they were done.   As others have said, Hayes Brothers Roofers LLC did an excellent roof replacement on my older roof even though it was not leaking yet. they did not try to push cheap materials, and the workmanship followed a high standard with a complete roofing system and top quality shingles. i would have been let down if they had offered a lower grade option. The crew handled the tear off and reroof smoothly, paid attention to the flashing details, and made the whole install feel solid and professional. If you are planning a roof replacement, ask about the Ultimate Pipe Collars because they are well worth it for better long term protection around roof penetrations in hot weather and strong sun. Great work from the team, and thanks to bradley for coming out and explaining everything clearly.

  Jonah and the crew were great to work with. After a storm blew off a lot of shingles, they got a tarp on the roof the same day to prevent more damage and gave us a fair roof replacement estimate right away. The price stayed close to the final cost, which made the whole project easy to plan for. We also decided to include the garage roof, and they still finished everything in just one day. The roofing team showed up early, tore off both old roofs, installed the new shingles, and did a solid cleanup before the evening. In the Texas heat, they worked fast and stayed organized the whole time. What really stood out was the help with the insurance claim. It was our first time dealing with storm damage and policy paperwork, and Jonah explained each step clearly.   I would gladly recommend them for any roofing work and would use them again myself. Bradley answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and there were a lot of them. He shared photos before, during, and after the roof project, which made the whole process easy to follow. The roofing crew worked very hard, stayed professional, and did excellent work in the Texas heat around Frontage Rd Round Rock. The cleanup was outstanding. After the tear-off and replacement, it was hard to tell there had been so much roofing debris on the property. They also made sure the nearby neighbors had no leftover debris, which I really appreciated. The work included a full roof removal and replacement, new roof vents, removal of old gutters and installation of new capped gutters and downspouts, a chimney rebuild from the attic floor up, and removal and replacement of a lifted sidewalk section with new concrete. They also handled the smaller roofing details like flashing, caps, and related finish work. Overall, it was a very well done roofing job from start to finish.
