Excellent customer service and great roofing work from start to finish. I was referred by a neighbor who had a full roof replacement done, and Zachary took the time to listen to all my concerns without any pressure. I also got three other estimates, and this roofing quote was clearly the best value. He recommended exactly what my home needed, with no extra upselling. The crew finished my old leaking flat roof in less than two days, and the new white roof looks clean, bright, and really sharp. One of the roofers also pointed out that a little extra flashing would help protect the roof system and prevent future water problems, which I really appreciated. That kind of attention to detail showed they care about quality workmanship. My mid-century home in Manasquan looks refreshed and much newer now. The before and after photos make it easy to see the difference. High-quality roofing, fair pricing, and a smooth process all around.

We first reached out to company: Hayes & Sons Roof Repair about a roof section we suspected was causing water stains inside our home in Manasquan. zachary and the crew found the trouble spot fast and fixed the damaged roofing area, and since then we have had no more leaks or moisture issues. After that, we learned they also handle skylight replacement, so we asked for an estimate and had 4 older skylights replaced. The new skylights look great, seal well, and have made a big difference. Later, when the exterior needed more attention, we hired them again for siding work and staining. dale and leonard helped make sure damaged siding was repaired, and some sections were replaced where needed before everything was finished properly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. they were on time, professional, polite, and easy to work with. i really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, how clean the job site was kept, and how well the roof, skylights, and siding work all came together. we were very happy with the craftsmanship and would gladly work with them again.

i have trusted this roofing company for many years, and now i am on my second roof and still very happy with the results. The workmanship has always been excellent, from the first installation to the most recent roofing and exterior repair work. The office team, the superintendent, and the field crews are all outstanding and easy to work with. Recently, i needed repairs that included replacing some fascia boards along the roof edge. Zachary and the crew arrived on time, removed the worn boards, and installed the new materials with care. They paid close attention to the details, made sure the repair work looked clean and professional, and kept the area protected while the job was being done. When the work was finished, dale made sure everything was cleaned up so well that you would hardly know the crew had been there. It is clear they take pride in their roofing work, from small repairs and trim replacement to full roof replacement projects. They communicate well, use good materials, and make sure the job is done right. leonard and the team provided a smooth experience, and i would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. You will likely be very pleased with the service, quality, and final result.

After reaching out to several roofing contractors who never called back or kept saying they would come out for an estimate and never showed up, a friend suggested I try another roofer. Zachary and his crew arrived exactly when promised and took the time to explain the roof and gutter work to me and my wife in clear, simple terms we could understand. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole team kept us updated, followed the agreement, and handled the job in a professional way. They started on schedule, finished on time, and left the property clean with no debris behind. The workmanship on our roofing and gutter project was solid, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutter, or related exterior work, and I would happily use them again for future home projects.

I was very happy with my experience with company: Hayes & Sons Roof Repair and the crew. dale kept me informed about the roofing progress and the work schedule, which made the whole project easy to follow. Because my daily routine had me coming and going at different times, i was able to see the team working throughout many parts of the day, and they were always professional, respectful, and focused. Once we agreed on the roof repair and upgrade plan, leonard worked hard to turn our ideas into a strong and attractive result. The crew was careful with the job site, cleaned up debris during the day, and made sure i never had to worry about nails, shingles, or scrap materials being left around. That extra care really stood out. My husband and i are thrilled with our new roof. It looks great, feels solid, and has added real value and peace of mind to our home in Manasquan. zachary and the team made the entire process smooth from start to finish, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.

i compared a few roofing and solar options, and this one looked like the best fit on paper. the project took some extra time and there were a few communication gaps between the sales side and the operations team, but they stayed with it and kept working through the issues. after some follow-up, the roof leak during rain was properly addressed, and the roof system is now performing well. i had also recommended them to my in-laws and friends, and while a few of us had concerns during the process, the company continued to respond and improve things. i was especially glad to see they took the roofing side seriously and worked to make the needed repairs. leonard was a big help throughout the process and kept pushing until everything was in a much better place. in the end, the roof and solar setup are both working well, and i appreciate that the team continued to communicate and resolve the problems. for a roofing and solar job in manasquan, it was reassuring to see they stayed committed until the work was done right.

Amazing work from start to finish on my roofing and skylight replacement. The whole team was professional, on time, and very easy to communicate with throughout the project. Every step of the roofing process was clearly explained, including what to expect during the old skylight removal and the new skylight installation. Dale did an excellent job going over all the details during the consultation and made sure I understood the scope of work, materials, timeline, and warranty coverage. I was told ahead of time that some interior damage could happen when the old skylight was removed, and that is exactly how it went. What I appreciated most was that the interior repair was completed properly and restored to its original condition, like nothing ever happened. There were no surprise charges, and everything stayed in line with what was discussed from the beginning. The roofing crew was friendly, skilled, and very efficient. They worked carefully, knew what they were doing, and kept the job moving smoothly. When the work was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the yard and work area spotless. I was also very pleased with the strong workmanship warranty provided with the project, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the communication, the cleanup, and the final result. I would highly recommend them for roofing and skylight work.
