  Many years ago, the founder installed a new roof, gutters, and siding with insulation on our older home. Recently, we had the roof, gutter system, and siding replaced again with updated materials and added insulation, and the results are truly outstanding. Our house is now well over 100 years old, yet neighbors keep saying it looks like a beautiful new home. The whole roofing and exterior process was handled in a very professional way. From planning and fair pricing to steady communication, project management, installation, and the final cleanup, everything was done with real care. Bryan and the crew were excellent roofers and craftsmen, and they left the property spotless when the job was finished. The new roofline, gutters, and siding have completely refreshed the look of our home and should add strong value as well. We are excited to enjoy the comfort, protection, and curb appeal for many years to come.

  I’ve used Chavez Family Roofing & Remodeling twice for roof replacement and leak repair, and both experiences were excellent. When I had an active roof leak at my rental property, Pedro answered the call late at night, explained the next steps clearly, and came out early the next morning to inspect the damage. They moved fast and got the emergency roofing work scheduled quickly before the next round of bad weather. Because the first job went so well, I called again when my mom’s roof started leaking in Brick Township. That project was just completed, and everything turned out great. Pedro was responsive, honest, and very helpful the whole time. He kept me updated, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and shared progress photos from start to finish so I always knew what was happening.   Chavez Family Roofing & Remodeling got back to me fast when I asked for a roof replacement estimate. Todd clearly went over the roofing work, the pricing, and what to expect from start to finish. We were also having gutter problems, and they took care of that at the same time, which made the whole project much easier. After the permit was approved, the crew showed up the very next business day and got right to work. They were courteous, professional, and worked hard through the warm Brick Township weather to keep the job moving. Each day they kept the property neat and made sure the area was cleaned up well after the roofing and gutter work was done. Since the new roof was installed, we have been through several heavy rain storms and everything has held up great with no leaks at all.   Working with Levi, Bryan, and the fantastic roofing crew was one of the best home improvement experiences I have had. I truly cannot say anything negative about the whole process. Even after the roofing job was completed and paid for, I sent Levi a question by text and got a quick reply right away, followed by a phone call with a clear and more detailed explanation. My home in Brick Township is older, and the roof was very large with three layers of asphalt shingles over the original cedar shingles, so it was a big roofing project from the start. The crew came prepared with enough roofers on site to keep the work moving efficiently and to protect the house during rainy New Jersey weather. They finished the full roof tear-off and replacement in about three days, which was impressive considering the size and complexity of the job. I have rarely seen a roofing crew work that hard. They were cheerful, respectful, and focused, and they kept the property organized while completing the shingle removal and new roof installation. The communication, workmanship, and fast response made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would recommend this roofing company again and again.

Pedro quickly spoke with his manager, owned his part in the mix-up, and helped move things forward without any delay. After reviewing everything with me, they agreed to replace the shingles with the correct roofing material. That level of honesty, responsibility, and follow-through really stood out. The crew handled the roof replacement professionally, kept communication clear, and made sure the finished result matched what was promised. It is not often you see a roofing company respond so well to a problem, but they did the right thing and made the whole experience positive. I am very happy with my new roof and the customer service I received.

After many years working in management and watching teams deliver high service standards, i can usually tell when a contractor is truly organized and professional. When my wife and i decided it was time for a full roof replacement, we researched several well-reviewed roofers and asked four of them to give estimates. We were not chasing the lowest price. We wanted solid workmanship, clear communication, dependable scheduling, and a roofing crew that would stand behind the job. Each estimator seemed capable, and the pricing was fairly close, but Chavez Family Roofing & Remodeling stood out because jay was friendly, experienced, and took time to explain the roofing system, ventilation, materials, flashing details, and a few important things we had not even thought to ask. After we signed, eduardo handled the scheduling and kept us updated so we always knew what was happening next. The permit process moved quickly, the roofing materials and dumpster arrived on time, and the crew showed up early and ready to work. We were told the project could take up to a few days, but the team completed the roof in just one day without making us feel rushed. They also installed a skylight, and the finished work looked clean, sharp, and professionally done. levi supervised the job site and stayed in contact with me throughout the day. He answered questions, addressed concerns right away, and made sure every step of the roof installation was handled properly. The cleanup was excellent, the property was left neat, and the new roof really improved the overall look of our home. A short time later, they followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. I mentioned one small area near the chimney siding where the transition by the roofline did not look quite right. Even though it may not have been caused by the roofing work, they immediately offered to take care of it.

  i’m a repeat customer and really happy with the roofing service. the older roof on my rental property finally wore out, so i got estimates from a few local roofers and the pricing was very high. a friend heard me talking about it and shared the contact info for bryan. bryan called me back the same day, checked the roof, explained the shingles and flashing work in simple terms, and gave me a very fair quote soon after. the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept the jobsite clean, and the finished roof looks great from the street. the workmanship was solid, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. not long after that, a major storm in brick township caused damage at my home, and i noticed a leak over the garage. i called bryan again, and he helped guide me through the insurance claim for a full roof replacement. my home already had architectural shingles, and he made sure the replacement matched the quality and that the claim reflected the proper roofing materials. the new roof looks excellent, comes with a warranty, and gives me peace of mind knowing my home will stay dry and protected through heavy rain, wind, and coastal new jersey weather. it was a huge help that insurance covered the cost, and i’m very pleased with the result.
