  Can’t believe this person is still in business. I gave him $650 as a retainer to do my flooring. I changed my mind on what flooring I wanted. It wasn’t going to be as expensive to lay it and wanted to talk to him about doing something different he told me too bad The $650 would not be refunded that he was in such demand that he couldn’t waste his time. The $650 for was for that flooring and nothing else. I took him to small claims court , so happens his wife is name is Dana Also she shows up in court not him and says she doesn’t know anything about it . I had all the documentation so i did win the small claims court case. I had a judgment against him for the $650 But to get the money was a different matter! He actually changed bank accounts so I couldn’t even get it from the bank Be careful don’t give him any money upfront until he’s completely done with the job and you like it ! Seriously WHO DOES THIS He took our $650 and did not do one thing and thought he was entitled to keep our money.. because he said he’s that good, and he’s in very high demand ! Very arrogant!

  It began with water dripping from a recessed light during a heavy late-summer rain, so I searched for a roofing company that handles flat and rubber roof systems. I found company: Hammer Conroof's Upland, and Mike arrived quickly to inspect the roof. He got up there right away, checked the problem area, and then showed me clear photos and video of the likely source of the leak along with a few other worn spots that could turn into bigger roofing issues. Later that same day, I received a detailed estimate for both a short-term roof repair and a full flat roof replacement using a stronger, more modern roofing material than the old aging rubber membrane. For extra peace of mind, we decided to move forward with the full replacement. Before the main roofing job was scheduled, a crew came out within days to patch the trouble areas and keep the home dry. When the team returned, they worked through very hot weather to tear off the old roof and complete major repairs in sections where hidden moisture had caused wood rot, decay, and pest damage. Some of that repair work was beyond the original scope, but Mike helped us handle the insurance side and kept the process simple and organized. The crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly skilled with flat roof replacement, leak repair, decking repair, and waterproofing. They fixed all the hidden damage and gave us a solid, secure roof system. We are very thankful for the quality workmanship, clear communication, and roofing expertise, and we now feel confident our home is protected.

  Carson and his crew were great to work with from start to finish. They were quick to respond, always on time, and very professional throughout the whole roofing project. Carson came out to my home, inspected everything carefully, and walked us through each step of the roof replacement so we knew exactly what to expect. Communication was excellent the entire time, especially when planning the 3-day schedule around rainy weather. The team arrived as promised, removed the old roof, and installed a new roof on our large home. They also replaced 4 skylights and installed new gutters, which really improved the overall look and function of the house. Everyone on the roofing crew was polite, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and made sure the job site was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The finished roof looks excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family for any roofing work.

  After a rough storm, i chose a local roofing company because of the strong reviews and solid reputation. They did an excellent job. francis was easy to work with, very detailed, and quick to respond. He also coordinated with the HOA to make sure the new shingles matched the requirements. When there were issues with my insurance claim, francis and Mike stayed on top of it and helped make sure the roof damage and gutters were properly covered. The roofing crew arrived early, worked hard all day, and finished the full roof replacement in one day. They protected the house during tear-off with tarps and did a very careful cleanup, removing nails and debris from around the property. We are very happy with the whole roofing experience and the quality of the work.

  We hired Hammer Conroof's Upland to replace our old roof, install new siding, and swap out the gutters, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. mike did a great job walking us through the roofing and exterior options and got back to us fast whenever we had questions before and during the project. carson and the crew were fantastic. They showed up on time each day, worked hard, and did beautiful work on the roof, siding, and gutter system.
