  My Dad got poor unskilled workmanship, and charged way too much for the quality and lack of accountability once they started making mistakes. A stressful disappointing experience. They’re a local business so hopefully they can get it together. Leaving the stars so as not to hurt their rating, but hopefully get through to them. They need to do business better and stay out of the bar for a while. Round Rock needs good, honest, reliable, hardworking , clear-headed businesses

  Mr. Clemens, I am sorry your dad had a bad construction experience. We do not have any recent customers with the last name Clemens or know of any customers that have unresolved complaints about workmanship. All our work has a warranty; payments are not collected until the customer is satisfied. The statement regarding lack of accountability is false. We have not been given an opportunity to address this concern, if it is a real one. I believe you have the wrong company. There are no details, customer information, or any way for us to know what this is related to. By your own statement, this isn't even your experience.   Will be filing FCC complaint against company as they willfully harass with predictive auto-dialer. Asked repeatedly to stop and did not remove from call list.

  Extremely rude employees that apparently suffer from road rage.

  Mr. Stoli, We have never done business with you or spoken to you. Based on your review, you are upset about an incident that occurred while driving. We do have company vehicles, so it is possible that you may have noticed us on the roadway. Our company vehicles have trackers that report excessive speed, erratic, or unsafe driving. Although one of us may have made a mistake while driving, as all drivers do, I can assure you that no one was intentionally rude to you as stated. We do not have any negative reviews regarding the products we sell. We regret that you had the experience that you did, but nothing was intentional by us, nor can we correct it since you are not our customer and we do not have your contact information.   I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have referred numerous customers to HRC over the years and have also used their services on our own home as well. Erik and Michelle run an excellent, reliable company with wonderful customer service. Doing business within our local community is important to us and HRC continues to provide top notch service to Round Rock and all over Texas.

  We hired Hall Roofing to replace our roof and oversee other repairs caused by a large hailstorm. They did an amazing job and impressed us at every turn, ensuring the job was completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend them!!

  We had an excellent experience with Hall Roofing and Construction. They replaced our roof, gutters, and contracted to do a repair/paint job on our pergola and arbor for a very good price. I highly recommend this company. They know how to work with insurance companies.

  I am normally a DIYer. However, I am getting up there in years and heights are not my forte. A storm came and hit the area. I lost shingles and water entered home. I had solicitors coming to my home and asking to inspect my roof and telling me I should immediately contact my insurance to cover some cost for repair. I hate solicitors and trust none, but i did take their suggestion and filed a claim. I went to book a company that I passed by all the time and is popular, but they were booked a week out it appeared. I then started Googling and came across Hall, who had over 4 stars. I then checked Bbb.com and they had an A+ rating doing business since 2012. I emailed and they promptly responded. Came out and told me an insurance claim was not necessary because their cost would be about 1/10th of my deductible. They came and fixed my roof quickly on the appointment date and I feel like they were not rushing the repair. Had wrong color shingles initially and went back to shop to get the right ones. I am extremely happy. Don't trust door knock roofing solicitors. Call a highly rated Company that has been around since 2012 with great customer service all around. I know I'm gushing but it is nice that a diyer that may not be able to do it all sees trustable companies still exist.

  I had a great experience with Hall Roofing replacing my roof from damage during the September 2023 hail storm. Jason and the crew did a great job with the replacement, and also went above and beyond to help repair some wood rot on my chimney. I would definitely recommend Hall!

  HRC does great work. I really appreciated that they left my yard very clean and free of debris - and there was a lot. The job took all day and the crew worked hard and got it done. Carlos was super easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth and hassle free.
