I call asking for help about recent hail storm damage. Someone named Bill was very short with me saying he couldn’t help. He was quite rude and I won’t be giving him my roof replacement work that the insurance has paid for already. He didn’t even let me finish to tell him the insurance had paid for it already while talking with him. Seemed like he was unsure/scared of insurance claim types of roof replacement and didn’t want the headache. Big boy stuff I guess.

Scam. This is the same person who left the other negative review. He never mentioned anything about insurance or anything else work related. He was just trying to get personal information on the business.

I call asking 1 question about the company. He says, “What’s this about? I’m eating dinner.” Ok, bud. I’ll take my business elsewhere, to someone who’s hungry, for work - with much more professionalism.

I’m pretty this was a scam. I apologize if it was a legitimate call. He asked my name and if I was the business owner. I called back but it still seems like a scam. He also left another bad review under another name.

We needed to replace our 25 yr old roof. Got Billy’s name from a co-worker and called. When Billy showed up at my house, it was like talking to an old friend. He answered all the questions that my wife and I had about the process. The quote that he gave us was well over $7k less than other contractors we contacted. On the installation day, Billy and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. Would recommend Billy and his team to anyone needing roofing. My wife and I are very pleased.

Billy made the entire process of replacing our roof as simple as could be, from receiving our quote to the actual day of installation. On the day of the install they were prompt and on time, got the work done and everything neatly cleaned up. They take pride in their work and it shows, I would highly recommend their services to anybody looking.
