  Dont use these guys. Missed debris in gutters. Still charged full amount.

  We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. We make every effort to provide each customer with the best service possible. To address your concerns, we sent our crew to your home on three separate occasions. The first visit was to perform the scheduled gutter cleaning. After you notified us that a few small twigs had been missed in the gutter guards, we promptly returned to remove the remaining debris and adjusted the gutter guards where possible, despite the missing retaining clips. As a final courtesy, we sent the crew back a third time to clean the tiger striping from the gutters, even though this service is not included in a standard gutter cleaning, and we also adjusted additional gutter guards where we could. As outlined in the signed agreement, our standard gutter cleaning service is intended to restore the functionality of your gutter system by removing debris and ensuring proper water flow. The agreement also clearly states that we do not remove and reinstall gutter guards during a standard cleaning. That service requires significantly more labor and is available as an additional service. During our visits, we also observed that your existing gutter guards have several issues unrelated to the cleaning, including rust and multiple missing retaining clips. The photos you provided of the loose gutter guards as a complaint were the result of those missing clips, not the cleaning service. Without the proper retaining clips, the guards are unable to remain securely fastened and can shift, become loose, or even blow off during high winds. For your reference, I have copied the applicable section of the signed agreement directly from your proposal below.   So easy to work with and get scheduled. We had some leaking issues and slope issues so in addition to getting gutters cleaned we got some excellent recommendations. We will be going forward with some additional work to solve our issues long term. Highly recommend!

  Gutter Goat did a fantastic job for me. Tonya was great to work with – she handled the scheduling, sent clear estimates and invoices, and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Mike and his crew were professional, friendly, and delivered high-quality work on my downspout, dry well, and soffit /fascia repairs.   I used them for a gutter repair. An appointment was set up pretty quickly & when the workers came, they inspected the gutters and determined what was wrong.Then they made better adjustments on the gutter to prevent water over flow. The work was done promptly and prices were reasonable. Everyone was really nice. I would use them again for any future gutter needs.

  The whole process of quoting my gutter to the final confirmation of installation was amazing. I’ve never had a company communicate as effectively with me as they did. Everything from helping me select the right size and style to when they would be there, exactly what they’d be doing, when they were on their way, and when they finished up. They even gave me details on what they did and tips for installing the downspout DIY after they left. Not to mention the fact that they were the cheapest of 4 companies I contacted, too! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. These days, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but at least I know that with Gutter Goat, it’s being preserved and mighty well at that. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
