Terrible experience. Horrible communication. Representatives came to our house after a hail storm. We decided that was who we would go with. They got started on the roof fairly quick even though we ended up being one of the last in our …

Cold soliciting door to door and invading property with "no soliciting" and "private property" signs. That tells me they have no respect for people. Steer clear.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our door-to-door soliciting. We will make sure to respect all signage in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

It took two years from the time representatives came to our house, to the time, we ended our working relationship with this company. The job was not completed. Communication with this company was terrible as well. Although it appears that many people have had a good experience with Elevate, ours was horrible and I do not recommend this company.

My husband and I left messages five times with their answering service over a three week period and we never received a return call. The answering service graciously emailed them twice for us, but still no response. This is not a professional way to do business. We have moved on to another company.

This stems from Hurricane Florence 2018. I have been trying since April 2020 to work with Elevate to have the dormers repaired. The subcontractor hired by Elevate admitted to their part in the damage. The sub crew also removed 3 sills and …

Recent winds tore flashing from my house. I found Aaron's card stuck in my front door. I don't usually do business with people coming to the door, but the flashing was banging up against a window and I needed help quickly. I had a quick …

Excellent service and installation. Aaron kept us up to date during the insurance claim process. The crew that re-roofed our house was fast, efficient and friendly. They did a great job. Our house now has a better roof than when the house was originally built. We are very pleased and will use them in the future for any additional roofing needs. Highly recommend them.

Luv the work they did. I am in commercial real estate so I know roofing. These guys are as good as they get. They do all the prep work work. Cover all shrubbery. Clean up afterwards. Provide pics of all roof work. You will not find better roofers.
