Unprofessional, asking for my insurance paperwork, asking for the inspection from the prior inspection, kinda shady, never gave an estimate, just asked for information, texted back complaining for no reason, will never recommend to anyone.

Needed roof repairs for cracked tiles, flashing, and debris removal. Esteban inspected the roof, provided pictures, and explained the work needed. Everything was completed as promised, and the roof looks great. Now I’m ready for the rainy season. Thanks to the crew!

Outstanding service! Though they were busy, the wait was worth it. They arrived and finished on time, cleaned up daily, and handled minor post-job adjustments quickly. Even the solar panel team complimented their work. If you can wait, you won’t be disappointed!

I found Gutierrez Roofing Contractor online while searching for roofing companies. I called them, and a team member scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Esteban and his team arrived on time and conducted a full inspection. They recommended a reroof before installing solar panels due to the worn-out underlayment. The quote arrived promptly with a detailed breakdown and warranty information. My husband and I had a great experience throughout the process!
