I HIGHLY recommend Gutierrez Family Roofing. Victor and his crew were fantastic. They repaired some issues with my metal roof but what impressed me most was how much extra care they put into everything. They didn’t just fix the problem and leave — they went above and beyond with additional maintenance and made sure everything was in great shape. Victor was honest, knowledgeable, responsive and just genuinely great to work with. His crew was professional, hardworking and clearly take pride in doing things the right way. It’s not easy to find people you can trust to work on your home and I’m so glad I found these guys. I will absolutely call Victor again for anything roofing-related and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gutierrez Family Roofing to friends and family. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Wow! 🤩 His team repaired our roof yesterday and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish! Victor was responsive, communicated every step of the process, showed up when he said he would, did quality work, and left everything clean when he was finished. We weren’t dealing with an insurance claim—just some needed roof maintenance and repairs after the recent winds. He took the time to explain what he found, provided photos, and was great to work with. It’s refreshing to find someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about doing good work. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy roofer or just wants peace of mind after the recent storms, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Victor.

Great job. Local businesses, excellent customer service and good prices. I like that they pay attention to detail and that they do a conscious work, not try to overcharge for something your roof doesn’t need.

I’ve used Gutierrez Family roofing company twice for shingle repairs, and both experiences have been excellent. They responded quickly, completed the work promptly, and the quality of the repairs was outstanding. One thing I really appreciated was that they sent before-and-after photos, so I could clearly see what was repaired without having to get on the roof myself. It’s great working with someone who is honest, professional, and communicates well throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.

We got a leak from the roof through the ceiling because a badly installed solar tube during a recent heavy storm event. Viktor came the day after, assessed the situation, instructed us on how to take care of our solar tubes and provided a number of possible solutions ranging from a totally new build (more expensive but still reasonably priced when compared against others) to a proper, cheaper, fix that removed the problem and worked with the current system. He is one of the most fair and honest contractors I met since I have been a home owner, able to articulate solutions and willing to work with the customer to find a way forward without taking advantage of the emergency situation. The quoting, invoicing and payment process was as well transparent and flawless. Overall a great experience
