  They gave me a quote on my roof and I couldn't afford it, so I asked them to repair the leak and they refused. I asked that they at least come and remove the tarp they put down on my roof with nails. They never got back with me.

  Hey Steven! Sorry you were displeased with the service. We came out to the home to do an emergency tarp service (for free) to keep the water damage from getting worse on your home. After successfully stopping the leak, we helped you with the insurance process. We met with the adjuster on the inspection twice and it was denied both times. The insurance refused to pay for the repairs. We then provided an estimate for a retail roof replacement as requested. You stated that you wouldn’t be able to afford it and demanded that we repair your roof, though your 3 tab shingles were too old and are not possible to repair to code. You then threatened a lawsuit if we did not fix your leak that insurance had determined was from a much older date than originally discussed. At that point we could no longer continue to perform any services for you. We hope you are able to get help with your home Steven.

  Unfortunately, we live in a world where roofs fail and insurers turn their backs. If you can't fight the elements you can't survive. My insurance company tried to leave me to the elements denying me the freedom of a secure home, but Guerrilla Exteriors didn't hesitate! They saw the quality and state of my roof and marched forward, fighting through bureaucracy to get me approved even when my insurance was ready to leave me helpless. If you want a contractor that will trample every obstacle in their path to get the job done then choose them. Now I can keep moving forward under a roof that actually holds.

  I don’t trust people with my home easily… but these guys proved themselves. They showed up on time, worked hard, and didn’t cut corners—they truly made it their mission. They handled everything, even the insurance stuff, so I didn’t have to stress about it. The roof came out great, and the price was fair. I’d trust them again. Believe it!

  If my roof could talk, it would be bragging right now. these guys showed up on time got the job done without any drama and didn’t leave my yard looking like a construction zone afterward, solid work, fair price and no nonsense. Exactly what you want when someone’s literally working over your head 10/10 would trust them with my shingles again.
