  Beware. Started off good. Solid sales pitch and estimate, then it was terrible communication to get it scheduled. Went ahead with it and the quality of the work was good. Not many complaints there. However, after the last tile was set into place I was presented with a bill that was 71% higher than the signed contract. We were at home for the entire process and nobody bothered to tell us about any extras that were supposedly done. No change orders were presented or discussed over the 5 days of work. Just 'hey, you owe us $15,000 more than we agreed'. Watch out ! The extras did not line up with the work that was done but I agreed to just split the difference since SOME extra work was done, and I think that was even too much. I did not complain to the CSLB, but that may change now, because I agreed to pay the revised bill and they still insisted on dinging me with a credit card service fee of over $1000. Hope it was worth it guys. Will be sure to let others know which company not to trust.

  I am not sure if they even have. Customer service . I asked for roof inspection and quote for repair. Someone comes from their office says inspection done and no communication back . I have reach out multiple times to seek out information . When asked for repair quote says we dont do that. I asked for some pictures or some simple report says costs money .. $500 . So what is being advertised as free inspection is all something dont belive in . Not happy at all .

  Not doing repais only full roof installation.

  My overall experience with Guardian Roofs was excellent. Dexter helped us get the best possible price on the red clay tile roof we chose, and Angelo and his crew were incredible throughout the entire project. They carefully removed and reinstalled our 16 solar panels, replaced about eight rotting roof boards, installed a new skylight, and laid the tile with exceptional precision. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, there are no gaps, tile pops or concerns about tile movement. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofs to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

  Work is OK and prompt, but lack of communication. They never asked what color of roofing we wanted and matched what was in there. No response when I asked this question later. They left some debris which we had to remove. They also didn't cover the garage top which caused dust on items stored inside.

  Guardian roofers were fantastic, they were very quick with getting the process started and very friendly and efficient. They did a great job on my roof and even threw in a couple extra things at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them and use them again!!

  Angelo and the crew were great and did a good. They brought in an extra member and were able to knock out the roof in two days. There did seem to be some communication problems between the Program Manager and office about when the job would start that lead to confusion. The office also did not let us know about the excessive amount of debris when replacing wood panels over our car, motorcycle, and personal belongings. Overall Angelo answered all our questions and got back to us promptly.

  I did the re-roofing with Guardian Roof on 2021. The experience is not that good but price is pretty reasonable. No problem and leaking till 2025/11 with the heavy rain, I found little leaking on the slope roof side. I checked the roof and found that couple of clay tiles are broken which is one column which I believe it is due to roofers always walk up and down when they doing the job. I called Guardian roof and explained what is the problem, days later Angelo/Project Manager comes quickly to my home: No other words just directly start the work and replace the broken tile for me in 1 hour and also show me how to do that. I really appreciate Angelo's quick/Efficient job, and I believe working with Angelo will be very nice experience in the future. Strongly recommend Angelo! He is the roofing PM whom so easy/nice to work with!

  I had a new roof done in 2023 by guardian roof. Couple months ago , it started raining, there’re leaks in my garage, I called them back to check and fix it for me, they sent Angelo in, this young man had been very honest and reliable, with good manners, he came by three times, he explained to me what went wrong and what did he do to fix it. Afterwards, he called me to make sure it worked . He’s very professional. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs roofing jobs done. I don’t need to pay, it’s under warranty.

  Guardian Roofs are a great family owned company. Kevin, Project Manager came first to check my roof and then explained line by line the estimate. Angel, Project Manager oversaw the project and answered all my questions and took care of any concerns I had. The roofers were prompt, polite and cleaned up after each days work was completed. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofs.
