  I am very disappointed with this roofing company. They didn't do the finishing work and made me wait almost a year before telling me the granules weren't the right color for my roof! My advice: don't pay the full amount of your bill if the work isn't completed! Anick

  (Work completed just before a winter storm and a granule was out of stock) Giving one star is a serious and unfair assessment, especially since we carried out significant work at your home and put in considerable effort. The insulation was executed with care, and the roof is perfectly finished. It's important to note that I was the one who suggested using granules to conceal the seams, which is neither standard practice nor mandatory. I offered you this option because you wanted a metal roof, and we ultimately opted for a membrane. I rarely offer this service, and I've been trying to source the granules ever since. Before your comment, we were even considering manufacturing them for you to fulfill our commitment. I therefore find it very disappointing that you awarded one star to the overall work, when the rest is of exceptional quality. Furthermore, it's inaccurate to claim that the roof isn't finished, because it is. At the very end, I offered you the application of joint sealant free of charge. Therefore, I consider this defamatory. We never discussed sealant at the beginning or during the work, and it is not mentioned anywhere in the quote. It was an option I suggested to you at the end of the project.

  Young entrepreneur with an incredible future. First, thank you to representative Brandon Lagacé for giving us 100% confidence in doing business with their team—a dedicated, professional, and meticulous team. The contract was honored to the letter; the work was completed a week ahead of schedule. We arrived at 7:00 a.m., and the entire team left at 3:30 p.m. Special thanks to Jérimy, the company owner, for coming in on a Saturday morning to coordinate these seven workers. They delivered an impeccable, turnkey job; they even cleaned up meticulously and took away all the old shingles the same day. I recommend them without hesitation, and I wish this young company continued success! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Dear Ms. Gabrielle, I sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced with our services. It is important to note that you are the first customer to provide us with negative feedback. We had agreed that two Vmax (maximum roofing speed) tests, instead of the three initially planned, would be sufficient. We had also agreed that you wished to have additional work done on your roof, and that the extra Vmax would be deducted from the new quote. Given that it was the middle of winter, exterior work on your roof was not feasible. I answered your phone calls and informed you that I would send you a quote as soon as possible, which was done on May 13, 2026. The delays were too long, so following your dissatisfaction, we processed the refund for the Vmax on May 22. Regarding the debris, I mentioned to you personally, during the work, that it was winter and that some objects or debris might be hidden under the snow. I also informed you that if you were not satisfied with the cleanup, you could let us know once the snow had melted, and we would have come immediately. Thank you for your attention to these clarifications, and I remain at your disposal for any further questions or concerns. We offer excellent service to all our clients; your opinion will have a significant negative impact on our future projects. Regarding the cleaning, we are extremely sorry. We tried our best despite the snow that fell the next day.

  We had the roof of our century-old house redone by Groupe Toiture JSM, and I have nothing but praise for this truly outstanding company. A fantastic team, respectful of our property and the environment, very efficient and hardworking. Excellent product. Throughout the project, the site manager kept us informed of the progress. Everything was cleaned up before they left, and special care was taken to pick up all the nails that fell on the ground. I recommend them 200% without hesitation, and if I had to do it again, I would choose them without hesitation. BRAVO TO THE WHOLE TEAM!
