  My 84 year old mother called to get a roof exhaust fan replaced, she paid 750.00 they didn't finish the job and would not answer or return her calls. Very poor service. Would not recommend. It's sad that they take advantage of the elderly.

  Whatever y’all do use this company with caution. Tried for an entire year to have work done. Poor communication and even worse craftsmanship. Had multiple companies come out and assess their work as well as a home inspector all four individuals pointed out multiple issues that will cause long-term damage to my house. Refusing refunds and refusing to redo the work only agreeing to basically place Band-Aids.

  I'm rating this a 2 solely on the fact that they originally responded very quickly and came to my home for a repair in a timely manner. However since then, I have had to call multiple times to get someone to come back and finish up. There has been no shows, unprofessional phone calls, disorganization, even the comment "well, they (Gribble) already got their money and paid me mine so it's no longer their problem". Due to the unprofessional exchanges and their complete lack to finish a paid in full job I give them this rating. I do not recommend you using this company.

  Ma’am, if you would please answer your phone calls I would like to talk to you because I assure you that money is not our focus. We are here to help people and serve our community. I would be glad to refund you your $372 if we did not fix the problem. Also we do not accept payment until job is complete. I’m really curious to how this issue has happened and would like to know who you spoke with so we can address this matter.

  Very poor unprofessional service . They came out and replaced singles that blew back off after a week . When I contacted them to get them to come back out the kept giving me the run around and nobody came . I had to contact another company to come fix it . Very poor service .

  110% recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. As someone who has worked with several contractors in the area, they were great to deal with. The office staff - so nice & prompt. The crew sent for the job - Mike G. & his crew - amazing!! Easy to deal with, personable & hard workers. Went above & beyond. They even coordinated with another company to get the job done, worked around the crazy weather & left the place clean. Already hired them to do another project. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

  Eric and Heather are excellent painters. They were always on time, precise in their work, paid attention to details and were pleasant to have around. I now consider them friends and would gladly use their services again.

  I was in need of replacing an older leaking roof. I contacted Gribble and Andy Keating came out to quote the job. He was very easy to do business with. Explained the process and gave me options and listened to some of my own concerns of what I wanted. The price was lower than I expected. Whenever I had any questions or concerns Andy was very responsive. Thank you for the great work Gribble.

  Andy Keating came down and gave us an estimate for roofing and gutters. Beat other estimated we had. Weather slowed the installation, but once they started, they were extremely hard working and efficient. We were very happy with the final product, but after extremely hard rains, there was a couple of minor problems. I called Andy on Saturday evening and they were here Monday morning to make repairs. I highly recommend Gribble Roofing and would use them again.

  We replaced the roof on our 1875 home. The slate roof was removed. New sheeting, shingles and gutter system were installed. Very pleased with the work that was done. James, Joel, Terry and crew were friendly and professional.

  Great service, quality construction, and Andy Keating was terrific throughout the entire project. Work included removal of old clay roof, installation of new asphalt roof, fascia board, gutters and downspouts.

  We have contracted with Gribble Roofing for house painting. This is the best decision we could have made for our 106 year old house. Our previous painters cannot compare to Heather and Eric's attention to detail in prep and painting. Gribbles may be a roofing company but they're painting department is top notch also .

  We really appreciate the hard work and dedication that was put into our new metal roof. We had some wind damage from around Christmas time and got three quotes. Gribble was the best option with great prices and warranty workmanship guarantee. The metal was supplied by Buckeye Metal supplies which precut everything. The guys worked meticulously and supplied us with a new roof that we are proud of and should provide us with peace of mind for years to come. Thanks Gribbles Roofing.
