We contacted Classic for new gutters, as I saw they had great reviews on Google. I regret this decision. They end up subcontracting a local gutter company (A1) that was very sloppy, left the area a mess, and installed several gutters incorrectly to where they were leaking. Although Classic didn't technically installed them, they've been the worst to work with for repairs. We're still dealing with issues well after a year of installation. If you can get Classic to pick up the phone, they will gaslight you and tell you they will give you a call back, but they won't. The receptionist is rude and refuses to provide any sort of timeframe for when you might expect to hear back. Terrible customer service. If you choose companies based on high Google reviews like I do, DON'T let this one fool you. They are not a high quality company, from my experience and I will never use them again.

Impossible to get ahold of for repairs. Might be good for getting your roof done but once they are gone, good luck! I have been calling daily for a week and nothing.

The sales representative Nathan was very knowledgeable and very actively engaged in the roof removal and reinstallation process. Communication was good prior to work and during the work The crew supervisor was friendly and helpful. The crew worked steadily and did well. I had one specialized area that required some additional work to access one small area of roofing and the crew chief listened to my requests and everything was done correctly. The crew did a thorough cleaning of the entire area afterwards. I have one other area of patio roofing that has to be replaced and the sales representative stated he wanted to be present for that to ensure it goes smoothly and I am sure it will. Overall we were very pleased with the work by Classic Construction and the entire staff/crew.

Thank you, Mike, for the detailed five-star review. We’re glad Nathan and the crew provided knowledgeable, engaged service and addressed the specialized patio area to your satisfaction. We will have Nathan present for the remaining patio roofing to ensure it goes smoothly. We appreciate your trust in Classic Construction and look forward to completing the next project.

After a tornado damaged many homes in our neighborhood Classic was the first on scene, covering up damaged portions of people’s roofs. I was skeptical at first because some companies prey on people affected by disasters, but all the guidance and help offered by Classic was legit. They worked great with our insurance, were the fairest price, and did great work, making the difficulty of the tornado aftermath easier to deal with.

Adam, thank you for trusting Classic and for sharing your experience. We're glad our team could respond quickly, protect homes, and help navigate the insurance process while keeping costs fair. It means a lot to hear our work made the tornado aftermath easier for your neighborhood. Please reach out if you need anything else.

I recently hired Conformed Roofing Experts to replace my old roof, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully, and walked me through all my options. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and kept the site clean every day. By the time they finished, my roof looked fantastic and I felt confident in the quality and durability of their work.

When the remnants of Helene came through Huntington WV, we were expecting high winds and rain. We weren't expecting the rain to leak into our home- at 3AM! Called Classic Construction Roofing as soon as they opened and spoke with Mike. He had a crew out to our home within hours, to cover the roof with tarp to stop the leak. Answered all our questions, took the time to explain why the roof leaked and what we needed to do to fix. We did have to replace the roof. Our next door neighbor had used Classic for their roof and he also had good things to say. Today the roof was completed. It's beautiful. Thanks to everyone who worked with us, Mike and Chris were easy to work with, easy to get hold of and we have no complaints, just compliments! Good job. If you need a roofer CALL THESE GUYS!

Professional and courteous. Showed up on time and completed the whole job in two days. Seems like a good outfit, lifetime warranty through GAF is a plus.

Dean Craft is my contact person @ Classic Construction. He is knowledgeable, polite, prompt and answers any concerns you might have. My old roof was pulled off, cleaned up, and hauled away. My new roof was completed just before Christmas. I am most happy with my experience with Classic Construction.

I worked with Dean to get estimates on roofs more than one property that I own. He was more than kind, always took my calls, and walked me through every step of the process. When I was comparing estimates, he spoke about the benefits of choosing Classic Construction, including their warranties, and their reputation. He also walked me through financing options when my first option became unavailable, and was patient as we waited for a closing date from my mortgage company. I highly recommend Dean, as he is the reason I chose to go with Classic. As the point of contact for this company, he was professional, timely, and communicative, including sending me pictures throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on using Classic for all my roofing needs in the future.
