I've called multiple times, finally got through to speak to a person, they said they already have our info and will call as soon as they get a chance, it's been like 2 months at least, ridiculous

I had three (3) awnings installed at the end of July 2020. All was well until I noticed wet floor, wet walls and mold on the ceiling in my dining room, not used a lot until Thanksgiving. Tried to( 11-29-2020)call with no luck on Friday …

Had an awning installed and gutters. Its been a few years ago. Had my gutter come lose in a storm so I called them to repair and they were very hateful when they told me to call someone else for repairs. I didn't expect them to fix it for free. I just need it fixed.. I guess they get your money and then think they don't have to be nice anymore. Hard for me to reccomend anyone this hateful.

They were very quick and reasonably priced and they fixed an issue I couldn’t get the original installer to be bothered with.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 23 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 23, of which 15 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
