Green Shield Roofs

The only one or two-star review we hold for Green Shield Roofs.

Owner Michael strings me along for six months, giving every single excuse in the book regarding their inability to fulfill their promise. Continues to state they want to to do the job, but every time he gives me the runaround. Now, I'm not …

Hi David, As we initially discussed, your location is outside our service area, which complicates servicing your roof. Despite that, I agreed to take on the job. The first three months coincided with the rainy season, during which we cannot apply the rejuvenation solution. This led to delays. Additionally, our increased workload meant we didn't have the resources to allocate a crew for the exclusive and extended trip. Regardless of these challenges, I committed to handling the job personally. Last we spoke (which was this week), we agreed on mid to late July for the service. I'm unsure of what happened on your end between then and now, but don't believe I will be able to help you anymore. Given Roof Maxx's proximity, I recommend reaching out to them for more convenient service. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at (512) 496-7363.

I had a great experience with GreenShield Roofing from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making us feel pressured. Their estimate was detailed, and they explained the roofing materials, fascia repairs, and gutter options so I understood exactly what was included. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I had all of the fascia on the house replaced, all drip edge installed and painted, and new vents installed as well as a new roof. Lots of work! The crew worked fast and still made sure everything was done with great attention to detail. Even my neighbor commented on how quickly everything was completed and how impressed they were with the pace of the job. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, kept me informed, and made everything go smoothly from the initial estimate through completion. Francisco and his team were extremely detail-oriented, took pride in their work, and made sure every aspect of the project was done right. The crew was courteous, worked efficiently, and left the property clean when the job was finished. I truly appreciated the quality of their workmanship and how smoothly and quickly the entire project was completed. If you’re looking for a roofing company you should check them out. Having a new roof installed is very stressful, but working with this company made it less stressful and was completed in just a couple days. I can look at my home with pride again!
