  We had plenty of questions that Curtis patiently answered. It was a big job taking all those wood shingles off but every night everything was cleaned up before his crew left. Really professional and hard working men. We were both really pleased with how the roof looks and the whole process was seamless.

  Had a very alarming experience with Water dripping from my bedroom door jamb. I thought the worst and assumed I would need a roof replacement. Curtis and his crew came by and did a full inspection inside and out, and assured me that I just needed some minor repairs to update some vents on the roof. So honest and such fair pricing!   We had a very small job, and we went to Chat.GPT, and it highly recommended Green Idaho Roofing. Well in about a way I ended up speaking to Curtis. He recommended that Perrin, his inspecter come look at our issue, just incase it was bigger than I thought. Perrin did find a couple other issues with two more pipe collars, but still was less than their minimum. They recommend another roofer, Nick Harris, through Blue Collar Connect. Nick, replaced all three pipe collars, a couple days before we had a bad rain storm. Both Perrin and Nick check back with us on the repair to make sure we had no leaks. I, as a home owner really respects a larger company who will recommend a smaller company to help when it’s not cost effective for a homeowner.   If you have roofing/facia/soffit work on your home, hire these guys! I cannot recommend Green Idaho Roofing enough. Curtis and his team are absolutely fantastic. I got 4 bids to replace the facia and soffits on my 1960 ranch before hiring them. They were the only contractor who were eager to work with me to devise a solution to keep the midcentury styling, which they did with great skill and attention to detail. They provide a top notch service at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

  Morgan, thank you so much for this review. You and your wife were seriously a joy to work with, and I’m grateful you trusted us with a home that has so much character. I loved that you cared about keeping the midcentury look, and I’m glad we were able to build a plan around that instead of trying to force a generic “one size fits all” approach. A big part of doing this right was the roof edge and fascia detail. Once we got into it, we both knew replacing the roof edge and drip edge was the right move so we could remove the shadow fascia and install the fascia as a clean, single-board system, not a patched two-piece workaround. It’s a better look and a better long-term detail, and I’m glad we went that direction. Thank you as well for being flexible with the schedule. The weather delays definitely caused a domino effect, and you rolled with it like a champ. And that last day together, sharing an authentic Mexican meal, that was a highlight for us. Can’t wait to see everything once it’s painted, and I’m excited to come back and grab some fresh drone footage when it’s all finished up. We’ve got you covered.

  Perrin from Green Idaho Roofing was called on a Friday afternnon to perform a free inspection for a possible roof leak. He arrived early and inspected both the exterior of the roof and inside the attic, documenting his inspections with videos. His conclusion was there is no leak, and he suggested things to consider when it's time to replace our roof. He was highly professional and I would certainly consider Green Idaho Roofing for any future roofing jobs.

  We did our homework and obtained five roofing estimate/bids. We were also blessed to have close friends who were retired from the roofing business who went over all the bids and it was unanimous… One bid stood out hands above the others and after seeing the materials that they would be using and being educated as to why they were used and/or needed, we chose Green Idaho Roofing to do the job. We have not regretted our decision. Curtis and Perrin have become like family in helping us resolve our roofing issues. They delivered on every single appointment exactly what they promised. They used a drone to record and show us in a virtual photo album what was needed and what was done.   Highly recommended!! Our entire experience with Curtis and Perrin was fantastic. We discussed our initial concerns and problems with our old roof, every choice was explained thoroughly so we felt comfortable with our decisions, and ultimately all were addressed. Their crew did an amazing job and paid attention to all the details, putting us at ease. My favorite part of the roof replacement process was being provided with a link where drone photos and videos were shared multiple times throughout each day so that we could follow along with the progress. The products used and workmanship are high quality that will last us for decades to come. If you’re weighing your options, choose Green Idaho Roofing, you won’t regret it!

  Valerie, thank you for this review, it seriously made our day. Your Donnelly project is one we’ll never forget, not just because the roof turned out gorgeous, but because of the people behind it. From the first conversations with you and Adam, it was clear you cared about doing this the right way for mountain weather, heavy snow, wind, and the kind of winters that punish roofs that are not built for it. That is exactly why a standing seam metal roof is such a perfect fit up there, and it was a blast making sure every detail was dialed, not just for “normal” conditions, but for the hard stuff. I’m really glad the drone photo and video link was helpful too. We love using that because it lets you stay in the loop without guessing, you can literally see the progress throughout the day and know what’s happening on your home. And hearing you felt comfortable with the choices because everything was explained clearly means a lot, that is always the goal, clear options, no pressure, and confidence in what you’re investing in. The best part for us though was honestly the relationship that came out of it. Getting to spend time with you and Adam, sharing meals, talking about life, hopes, plans, and then somehow turning into fishing buddies up in the mountains, that is pretty special. Perrin still talks about those fishing days, I swear he caught about 50 fish with Adam out there, and those memories are going to stick with us. We’re grateful you trusted us with your home, but we’re even more grateful for the friendship that came with it.
