The gentleman still hasn't come after more than six months, despite several attempts on my part to find out why he still hasn't. He's unreliable, and I had to hire someone else.

Very poor quality work – my gutters didn't last due to faulty installation. Avoid this contractor.

I called to get a quote for soffits, fascia, and gutters at our house. I spoke with Jacques Deschamps, and he came very quickly to take measurements. Unfortunately, three months later, he still hasn't sent the quote for the work! Apparently, this company is too rich to want more work and they're just wasting time. Look elsewhere if you want the work done properly at your home. Otherwise, waste your time chasing them for a quote! Ridiculous. If I ever receive the quote, I might change my review.

This is a prime example of an UNRELIABLE company. There's absolutely no way to speak to anyone at this company. I tried through their website and by phone, but it's no use. YOUR CALL IS NOT IMPORTANT to us. …

*** No consideration for the customer, absolutely unreliable and totally irresponsible *** Last April, I requested an online quote for gutter replacement. I was given an estimate with the promise that the work would be completed within a month or two. Two months later, having heard nothing, I left several voicemails and sent emails. Unfortunately, they went unanswered. I even asked my partner to call them – no luck, but he did get a hint that this company prioritizes large contracts. This week, my gutter was replaced by another company, and it's a shame I wasted so much time and energy with Gouttière Sud-ouest. This company doesn't even deserve one star!

The after-sales service was very poor; even after several attempts to contact them (by phone or text), they never came to correct the errors. I had to make the corrections myself, which took me about 30 minutes.

We contacted Gouttières Sud-Ouest to repair a section of the soffit that had started to detach from the building. The soffit was well repaired, within a reasonable timeframe, and at a competitive price. The only downside was that upon …

After calling more than seven different places to get the soffits and shingles that fell off our roof during the storm on May 4th repaired, without any satisfactory results for all sorts of reasons (they don't work on condos, the roof is too high, they only do flat roofs, they don't travel to Lachine...), I finally came across Mr. Deschamps, who came to assess the situation the same day. The next day, I received a quote, and the day after that, the work was done. Mr. Deschamps is very friendly, and you can tell he's genuinely trying to find solutions to provide good service. After my experience, I highly recommend him.
