  If I could give a 0 I would. Called for an emergency leaking roof. Came next day 2 hours late of time they gave. Said they would come back during the week when warm to get a better inspection. Called Friday to ask if they can come as weather has been above 0 and Mr. JEAN F. asked for my address and he would call me back in 1 hr. Guess what... 3 days later no call no follow up and water all over as damage got worse. Now I know why they do not ask for a call out charge on initial visit because they do not return or show up for customers. Will NOT refer to anyone. If you cannot take on more clients please have the courtesy to at least contact them or refer to another company.

  This company is a scam. They installed our roof, and we took out a 50-year warranty. A few days later, we noticed water leaking from the new roof. We called the company several times, and they said they would send someone in two weeks. Two weeks went by, and no one came. They said they would assess the problem and repair it if necessary over the phone, but they never showed up. Now, when we try to contact them again, they don't answer! There's no way to contact them now. Don't use this company; they do half their job, and they're liars!

  JF seems like a great guy, but he didn't show twice and wouldn't reply to my phone calls. I had to find another roofer after waiting a week for him. Unfortunate, because he sounds great from the other reviews.

  Unreliable! Doesn't show up for the agreed appointment, eventually comes for an evaluation but doesn't send any quote despite a dozen reminders. Waste of time!

  Excellent service! The roof cleaning was done with great professionalism and care. The drain was completely clogged, but the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. The team was punctual and courteous. I am very satisfied with the service and I recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you for your excellent work.

  Excellent service from Jean-Francois Latullipe and his son. They came to our house urgently on Saturday. They inspected the roof and will return later. Very professional, I found the service outstanding! I highly recommend them!
