  Unfortunately, I can't comment on his work because I didn't hire him. I don't doubt his ability to work, but his punctuality and reliability are completely lacking. I called him and he told me he'd come tomorrow for the submission. It was so strange, no news for three weeks, and then he just showed up and said he was ready to do my submission (I'd forgotten about that). I told him okay, I hadn't chosen anyone yet. He said he'd bring it tomorrow. Three days later, he brought me the submission without calling. The submission was okay for me, so I called him and left a message saying I was interested in his services. A week later, he called me back to say he'd come tomorrow. I tried to tell him he was sure because I had something important to do, and he said yes. So I waited all day, called him, and heard nothing. Then, without calling or anything, leaving me in limbo, he knocked on my door and said he was here to collect my 10% deposit. How could I not laugh? I told him, "I hope this is a joke. You're completely unreliable, and I'm going to leave you a deposit." What sane person would leave a deposit with someone like that, a plan where you never see the money again and it's only for three years? He just turned around and said, "Okay, bye then." It's unbelievable that this kind of thing exists, especially since he's always busy. Maybe I'm the only one who finds this tiresome.

  Unreliable. After contacting them six times and being told they would come to my house, only to never show up or even call back, I absolutely do not recommend this place. For a company that claims to prioritize customer service, this is a real letdown.
