  It has been two years trying to get warranty repair on the GAF shingles Beinert Roofing talked me into using. Neither company has taken the time to come out and resolve the problem. My living room ceiling is ruined and they won’t answer the phone. The one star was only so I could get it to post.

  Very disappointed. The day I called to get quote I received a call back right away. The gentleman said he would go measure that day. I have yet to receive a call back. I have called daily this week. Receptionist is nice but I still am not getting a call back from the contractor. I understand roofing companies are busy with Harvey claims. Though when someone calls daily you should at least call them back especially when you said you were going out the day you originally spoke. Is it because I'm not using insurance?

  Peter came and he provided practical solutions to all of the concerns that my husband had communicated. He was so polite with my mom and patient as we regaled him with a silly story about a squirrel. Super awesome and so professional! Fantastic work. Thank you!

  Had some doubts going into the whole process from the last company I was working with. But these guys blew it outta the park. They definitely know they're stuff.   After Beryl, my roof was leaking and I had no idea what to do or who to call. Beinert roofing was referred to me by a friend and they handled every step. From insurance to the very end. I never thought I could have my entire roof replaced after years of trying to fight insurance. With these guys, I was able to feel safe during storms again! I would recommend them to anyone.
