Our pergola was converted into a fully covered patio, so we needed an actual roof added rather than the old shade covering. The finished section blends into the house much better than I thought it would. Now we can actually use the backyard when the weather isn’t perfect.

Had them inspect the roof after a tree branch came down on it. There was more damage than I could see from the yard, including a puncture underneath where the branch landed. They opened that section, made the necessary repairs and matched the existing material surprisingly well.

Our house still had an older wood shake roof and we were finally ready to get rid of it. The tear off was a pretty big job, but once everything was down they replaced the wood that needed attention and went back with architectural shingles. Completely changed the look of the place.

We bought a fixer upper knowing the roof would be one of the first things we'd have to replace. Once the old shingles came off, they found several sheets of rotten decking around the eaves. They showed us exactly what needed to be replaced before moving forward, which gave us a lot of confidence.I'd much rather fix it correctly now than deal with bigger problems later.

I’ll admit it,I thought solar panels were the only thing we’d be doing. Then one project turned into replacing the roof, updating the fascia, and repainting the exterior. It was definitely more than we planned, but the house looks twenty years newer now. Sometimes you don’t realize how tired something looks until it’s refreshed.

Hi Mekaila, thank you so much for the 5-star review! Taking care of your roof and fascia replacement before installing solar panels is one of the smartest decisions a homeowner can make. It creates a solid foundation and avoids costly panel removals down the road. We are thrilled that your home looks twenty years younger and that you had such a great experience with Golden Heights Roofing!
