Called and they came out same day to fix a leaking gutter. They identified the issue (silicone/sealant) but instead of just slapping it on there like the builder did, they noticed the gutter wasn’t pitched enough and that was the root cause. The water would always win against the sealant because it was just pooling up and never draining properly. They cleaned the gutter, raises so water wouldn’t stay pooling, and they resealed it. Fantastic ! All of this with no charge.
