Hi John, We take all feedback seriously and have carefully reviewed our records. As a company that takes pride in every project we complete, we would certainly recall a metal roofing installation in Kalispell, and we have no record of a customer by your name or a project matching this description. The service listed does not align with any work we have on file, and we are unable to verify this as a legitimate customer experience with Glacier Roofing & Exteriors. If there has been a misunderstanding or this review was intended for another company, we encourage you to reach out to our office directly. We stand behind our workmanship and welcome the opportunity to address any genuine concerns. Thank you. Glacier Roofing & Exteriors

I am so pleased with the results of our roof installation! Our roof was seemingly 30+ years old—if not original. Paull provided a very reasonable quote for both the roof and gutters, and compared to the other quotes I received, it was the …

Thank you so much for this kind and thoughtful review. We’re truly thrilled to hear how happy you are with your new roof and the overall experience. Working on an older roof always comes with a few surprises, and we’re glad the communication, photos, and updates along the way helped you feel informed and confident throughout the process.
