gio pro did a great job on our roof and im glad we picked them. the estimate was easy and the guy didnt talk down to me or push stuff we didnt need. price was fair compared to the other quotes we got. when they came out the crew was big and fast, stripping the old roof in no time. they were careful to cover the landscaping and the deck before they started ripping shingles. took a few days total. the replacement roof looks crisp and they did the flashing and vents proper. yard was clean after, they went over it with a nail magnet. office was easy to get ahold of when i had a question about the paperwork. theres been rain since and it all is dry up there. no complaints, they did what they said they would and it shows.

Gio Pro did our roof and I'm happy with how it turned out. We went with a charcoal shingle that sharpened up the whole house next to the tired gray we had before. What actually matters to me is how it's performed since. We had a stain that used to creep across the hallway ceiling any time we had a downpour, and that thing has not shown up once, even after a couple of those brutal storms we got. They also put in ridge vents while they were up there and the attic doesn't turn into an oven the way it used to on hot afternoons. I watched them work the valleys and the areas around the chimneys and it was clear they weren't cutting corners, everything looked tight and clean. When they wrapped up one of the guys took me around and went over what all had been done, which helped because I don't know much about roofs. The invoice matched what they quoted me, no last-minute extras on the bill. Been a solid roof so far and I don't spend time worrying about it anymore.

Gio came out for the quote when he said he would, walked the roof and sent the estimate by the end of that day. The job was schedule 2 weeks later. Crew was efficient they finished the tear off and install in 2 days. Final invoice matched his estimate. Hands down the easiest contractor experience I have had in a while really

had a persistent leak in the upstairs hallway every time we got a heavy rain from the north. previous owner had told us the roof was only a few years old and looked fine from the ground so we figured it was something minor. Gio Pro came out and did a real inspection, found that whoever installed the roof originally had skipped the underlayment in a whole section and the flashing around a skylight was basically just caulked over with no proper step flashing. they tore off that section, redid it the right way, and rebuilt around the skylight. weren't trying to oversell us a full replacement either, just fixed what was actually wrong. dry hallway ever since, no more bucket

Gio Pro did a full roof replacement on our two story and the result speaks for itself. The old roof was a patchwork mess from the previous owner with mismatched shingles in a couple spots where they had done repairs over the years. Now the whole thing is uniform, the lines along the ridges and valleys are straight, and the flashing around the chimney and the dormers actually looks like it belongs there instead of being slapped on. They picked an architectural shingle in a color that ended up looking even better than the sample. Vents and ridge cap were upgraded as part of the job which helps with attic temps in summer. Roof has been through some real weather since the install and there's nothing to complain about.

After a bad windstorm we noticed some shingles had lifted and a couple were missing entirely on the back slope. There was a small wet spot forming on the ceiling in one of the upstairs rooms so we knew we needed to move on it. Gio Pro came …

They replaced our roof in like three days which was wild for how big the house is. Shingles look great and the cleanup was thorough, no random nails in the yard.
