Do not return calls and texts. They also came up with an excuse of why they couldn’t email back multiple times. I spoke with Matt and his mother and they were very unprofessional and no help. Waste of my time. DO NOT recommend!

Called them in May (May 25th) to schedule an estimate well in advance for today (July 19) because it required advanced notice of leave from work, planning a two day drive, and then being here to meet them. They chose 9am as the appointment time and never showed up, never called, still haven't and it is 3:30pm. Apparently a $40,000 bathroom remodel is not worth their time. Glad I found out about their poor work ethic / record keeping now, rather than later.

Contacted them for an estimate, month later still no estimate. Had a text asking if I wanted to sit down and go over my estimate had to tell them I haven't recieveved it yet. If this was an indication or their work I'm glad I didn't hire them.

Great company, responsive, reliable and fairly priced. They installed a new roof for us after Ian in a timely manor, and took the care to make sure all trash and roofing nails were cleaned up and tarped around my house to ensure this, everyone we've spoken to or dealt with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are using them currently to repair and update our home. It's very convenient to have one plane that can do it all.

Very pleased with Diane Gillis' results on adding a 3rd bedroom and new roof. If you can be patient building a small job in Charlotte county, you will be happy with Gillis. Neighbors remark they can't tell it was an add on and she stuck to her original price. Seems to have a good relationship with any companies she needed to hire outside of her own employees. However her employees Paul, Steve, and Greg were very respectful and worked hard to please us. Just waiting on the wind mitigation report to reduce our homeowner's insurance. Thanks Diane!

They really do care! Never dealt with a friendlier bunch who did excellent work! My house had all manners of oddball things to fix and they figured it all out with great end results. Thank-you Gillis!
