  Geraldo completed a roof install in 2024. The caulk is coming up and now I have leaking again. Do not use. Hard to get a hold of. Hello Geraldo, please speak to Dan about being paid in full. Per the insurance, you were. In regards to the pipe, no alterations were made. I have photos of when I bought the house. I have left various voicemails with no call back. I'm free to discuss further.

  We take all feedback seriously, but we need to clarify the facts regarding your project. The leak you are experiencing is due to a pipe jack that was added to the roof after our initial installation was completed. Alterations made after our work is finished are not our responsibility and void the warranty for that area. Additionally, our records indicate that this project was never paid in full. Per our standard policy, we cannot process any claims or perform warranty work until the final balance is settled. If you would like to resolve your account balance so we can discuss repair options, please contact us directly.

  Hired Geraldo Roofing to repair perimeter of roof and re-mount gutters. Gutter did not drain properly as it was attached with no slope. Fortino promised to correct and never showed up as promised or return numerous phone calls. Do not recommend this company as they do not honor their warranty.

  Thank you for your feedback, but we need to clarify the facts regarding your project. ​As explicitly outlined in our signed contract, the only service we were hired to perform was applying a coating to your roof. We did not repair the roof perimeter, nor did we remove, re-mount, or touch your gutters at any point during this project. ​Because gutter installation and slope adjustments were completely outside of our agreed-upon scope of work, they are naturally not covered by our warranty. We take pride in delivering exactly what is promised in our written agreements, but we cannot take responsibility for work we did not perform. ​If you would like us to send you a copy of your contract for your reference, please let us know.

  Tried to use a locally owned and operated company in the Wheeling area. Called twice to get an estimate and never received a callback. I guess they do need the business.

  Mr Jung. If we didn't answer the phone it's because we are busy with another customer. But if you leave a voice message I can warranty you that someone will contact you ASAP. But we didn't have any name or phone number to call back.

  Did my roof from a friend recommendation. They did a very poor quality work even forgeting to put the drip edge and my new roof leaked the 1st time it rain after being replaced. They also did not initially replaced my foreplace flashing …

  Very good experience with our field representative Dan. They made the process simple on my end, from working with our insurance following a hail storm through the installation of our new roof and gutters. Would recommend!

  Geraldo Roofing just completed roofing my home, it was complicated because I had 38 solar panels already installed. I was very impressed because they made the process so simple for me. They worked with my insurance company and received approval for the replacement of the roof, PLUS the removal and replacement of the solar panels. The roof is beautiful and the solar panels are working as before with the original warrantee intact. The crew was fast and efficient. I always have qualms about dealing with contractors, you never know what you are going to get for your money but I highly recommend Geraldo Roofing. They performed as promised and I can't be happier.
