  where do i even start. our house was overdue for a full exterior redo and we kept getting quotes that were all over the place. these guys came in with a fair number and explained why. we went with the full hardie install for the whole house. the crew showed up and got right into it. no standing around. they did the siding, replaced the gutters and handled the soffit that was in bad shape. i was around for most of it since i work from home and honestly they were easy to have around, kept things tidy and worked steady. the lead checked in with me every couple days to let me know where things were. took a little over two weeks which felt right for a house our size. the color we picked came out even better than the sample looked. the house went from looking dated and worn to something id actually stop and look at. neighbors have been asking who did it. the material is way more solid than the old stuff and we wont be dealing with repainting for years. really cant complain about any part of this. solid team and a job well done

  The old siding on our house had faded unevenly and a few sections were starting to buckle from years of sun exposure. We'd been meaning to deal with it for a while and finally pulled the trigger. We talked to a couple contractors in the Arlington Heights area and B&Z stood out because they focus specifically on Hardie products. They replaced everything with new Hardie plank and the difference is night and day in terms of how the house presents from the curb. The color is consistent all the way around and nothing is warping or pulling away. Feels like a permanent fix this time.

  got our estimate pretty quick after reaching out and it was reasonable so we booked them. the scheduling part was easy they gave us a start date about 3 weeks out and actually stuck to it. crew was organized, showed up early each morning and kept at it til late afternoon. they pulled off all the old siding and had the new hardie boards up in about a week. the final look is great, way cleaner lines than what we had before. invoice matched the estimate too which was a relief. whole experience was smooth no complaints

  They replaced all our siding with Hardie lap and the thing that jumped out immediately was how straight everything is now . Our old siding had these wavy section that drove me nuts for years. The window trim sits flush with no gaps, which honestly surprised me because the old trim was a mess , a pretty dark color a few months later there’s zero fading so that’s been nice to see .
