The first three are Google’s own figures for Genuine Siding & Roofing Ltd, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Alberta roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Don’t show up on time and with a skeleton crew. Do not back their work when they are responsible for water damage due to insufficient measures taken when roof is stripped and weather moves in. If they have a minus rating they would get it.

We welcome feedback, good and bad, as we always want to improve, and feedback from customers helps us do that. However, we cannot find any record of us doing work for you.

Brian and his team were outstanding in every way. They did a sizeable repair on my Hardie board that had been originally installed improperly, as well as a small roof repair. They are professional, friendly, and clearly know what they are doing Highly recommend this company.

This past weekend’s deluge reminded us of how happy we are with the new roof Genuine Siding and Roofing did for us. We were apprehensive of doing the work in February but after 5 years….and many wind and rain events…..we’ve not had so much …

Mike and Cooper came today to repair the mess woodpeckers had made to the siding on my mobile home. They were fast, efficient and did an amazing job, plus, are two of the nicest men you will ever meet. They answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to hire both of them again. They did such a great job I have hired them again for another project.

What Genuine Siding & Roofing Ltd says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: warranty offered, free estimates, financing available.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 44 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
