  Mr Gary Kent put a flat roof on my house, which I did not want in the first place, but he said that would fix the problem. Did not give me a warranty in writing. After my roof was completed, 2-3 days later it rain inside my house in different places that never happened before. I had two inspectors come inspect my roof, and they told me the problem. He did not put ice shields under the valleys, he did not put the shields under the boots on the roof. He also did not replace the wood on the back of the house. He came by here a couple times trying to figure out the problem. I had to get three different tarps to cover my roof, he see me in traffic and get directly behind me. So I turn off, go about my day, I get a call saying this man, Gary Kent, is at my home when I am not even home. I find out he sealed up my fireplace up on top of the roof without asking me. I told him to get off my property and don't come back. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, I paid him in cash and I want it back in cash. Someone please help.

  Mrs. Thomas, We really want to rectify your situation but you must allow us on your roof to do so. When we last spoke by text, I told you I would come by to see what might be happening. We did come and you were not home but I felt you would want us to find any problem we saw. Subsequently, someone from inside the house told us we were not to go on the roof so we got off the roof. If you allow us to check your chimney for the leak, we will find it. As you know we did a lot of work on your roof including replacing a lot of the roof deck. We installed a 2 ply modified bitumen roof because of the old shape of your roof instead of shingles. With a two ply modified bitumen roof there is what you refer to as Ice and Water shield as a part of that roofing system. We want to give you a good roof and we will if you allow us. I will give you a call.

  Fantastic experience. Called Friday morning with damage to our roof from a tree falling. Gary was out that day to review and quote. They were back the next day, and had the damage repaired in less that two hours.

  It was time for a new roof and with little hesitation I was calling Gary Kent. In the several years that I’ve gotten to know him, he’s honest, polite, personable, and professional. He’s such a humble man I didn’t even know he was right there with the crew doing the work to completion. They were excellent to work with, respectful to my home and neighbors, and cleaned up so that my yard looked better than when they came. I had no doubts the roofing job would be top notch but was surprised that the whole process was so pleasant.

  Gary and his team recently did a roof repair job for us. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome as everything was done to perfection.   Outstanding service! He provided an accurate quote and was available to start work very soon after we went with his team. They showed up at dawn and got right to work. They were finished within two days; our house is 3,300 sq ft. The best part was the incredible clean up afterwards. I highly recommend him and his team.
