  Just wanted to give a very big - if a little late - THANK YOU! to Gardner Services for installing our new gutter system. I picked their company because of the stellar reviews and the simple statement at the bottom of their webpage: "Honesty. Integrity. Quality." But because of all of the repairs and craziness going on trying to turn this Money Pit movie into our Shangri-La happily-ever-after, I have dropped the ball on leaving a review. When the basement technician came out last week, he said we had already addressed the best way to keep water from coming into our home - correcting and updating the gutter system. So here is the much deserved five star review: Ron came out right away and - from initial quote, during the job, and inspection of work after - he and his team were knoweldgeable, respectful, hard-working, and did a stellar job. Not only did they replace the existing gutters, they also they also added an extra downspout, and Ron gave us pointers on the best way to reroute the downspouts away from the house. In addition, Ron is an engineer and offers complete structural and special inspections ... something that I would strongly recommend getting BEFORE purchasing your home. Once we get a break on immediate fixes and have a couple of months to enjoy our new home, I look forward to getting an inspection so we can know about any additional or potential issues, and come up with a plan to take care of them. Right now we are just so happy to have a gutter system designed to protect our home from water damage and a company we can trust.

  Contacted Gardner services and worked with Ron Gardner, Engineer. Ron came to our residence very quickly. He followed up with a detailed report, including photos and drawings that explained the issue and provided recommendations for repairs. Thank you Ron

  Would highly recommend William Gardner to any loan officer or seller looking for a trustworthy Engineer to perform a Structural Engineers Report on a manufactured home. His communication is great and also gets the report done accurately and in a timely manner.

  Mr Gardner came within 24 hours to address my issues. Scheduled the work within a week and new gutters were installed in a few hours. The gutters look great. Very professional all around.

  Mr. Gardner has done gutter work several times for me. Every time is stellar work. He’s always early, his crew is professional, they clean up before they leave and his prices are fair very. He is always my go-to for any gutter work or assessment.
