  They removed the roof shingles and replaced them with the wrong color on my in-laws house. And now they have to deal with it. I suggest you be home when they do the work.

  This company may be a good choice for your roofing needs but strongly recommend not using this company for anything else, they claimed they could do Copper gutters and claim to do any gutter as well but clearly agreed to a job they were unable to perform. I was told they would look “Exactly” like the picture of the blue house. They said they could do one type of bracket and used nothing but shortcuts, fake downspout brackets and the cheapest brackets for the cost of the job. And ruined my composite porch. Be careful!

In your case, we did mistakenly order the wrong gutter clips and began installation without realizing it. You pointed out that something seemed off, and once we reviewed it, we agreed with you. We assured you that we would replace the clips with the correct ones at no additional cost. We also temporarily secured the downspouts while waiting for the proper downspout brackets to arrive. Our intention was always to return and complete the project properly. While you initially expressed that you liked the work, there were multiple changes in direction — at times requesting a refund, then asking us to finish, and then again requesting a refund. Even though it was a challenging situation, we made every effort to work with you and ultimately reached an agreement to close things out. We also want to make clear that the material installed was genuine copper as agreed — no cheaper material was used. While we know we may not always meet every expectation, we always try our best to communicate, correct mistakes, and deliver quality work.   Excellent work from a great team. Mr. Luis Camacho is very helpful and communicative. He helped me prepare and schedule so that when the crew arrived, they could get right to work. The guys did a great job replacing my roof for a very affordable price, and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend G and Bros Roofing!

  G and Bros Company are very professional. They stayed in contact with throughout the entire process. They even sent photos of the work being done. Even when they noticed and issue that was not able to be detected until they had further into to the roofing project. I was notified immediately and photos were sent. They also had a solution figured out but wanted to make sure I was okay with their idea before moving ahead. Once the new roof was installed and the property was all clean up. They even took the time to fill out and submit all of my new roofing shingles warranty registration. Once it was all filled out and submitted they emailed me a copy of the warranty certificate. I highly recommend G and Bros. and I myself plan to use them again in the future at another location.

  June- update Once again I called on Carlos to repair some siding and an opening on the eave of my home. He quickly came out and took care of everything professionally and made sure I was content. He was considerate of my property and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company! I can’t say enough great things about G & Bros Roofing! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Carlos and his team are true professionals who take incredible pride in their work.   I just had my roof replaced by G and Bros and could not be happier. I had double shingles on my roof. So, the roof removal was twice the work. They were able to complete a 39 sq roof in 2 days. This included new drip rail, a roof vent installation, and new PVC vents. I had several quotes done and they were the best value. This includes some new plywood that needs replaced. They cleaned up well also. The shingles are high Def shingles and come with a great warranty. I have had several contractors perform various things in my home, and this was the best experience out of all of them.

  I highly recommend G and Bros. Carlos and the whole team were great to work with and our new roof looks great. The free estimate was accurate, detailed and they came in exactly to the time and cost we expected. They completed the work fast and, other than the new roof, there is no trace that they were here (yard is clean, no damage to lawn or landscaping, no nails left laying around, etc.). Really friendly people doing quality work.

  Recently just purchased a home and insurance company put us on a very narrow time line with replacing the roof… was referred to from a friend and when we called they got us a quote with in a couple hours and were able to fit us in to meet the insurance timeline… Luis was very easy to work with and the guys did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

  We had our 31 year old roof torn off and replaced by G Bros in Salisbury Md This team did an outstanding job .Carlos was always in constant communication with us both before and after the job was complete it was a three day project and the cleaned up every night before they left. Our roof was pretty large 50 squares of shingles .
