  If you use this company, please read your contract carefully to make sure that they follow through with everything that they are supposed to, and make sure that you receive all rebates that you are entitled to. We had to contact the Energize Delaware program to contact FLC to receive a 500 dollar rebate that FLC told us that we missed by one percentage point on our blower door test. They did end up paying.us, but only after Energize Delaware stepped in. In my opinion, I would not recommend this company due to their lack of honesty.

  Mrs. Lewis, This is just not true. We bypassed our target on the blower door, but didn’t hit the threshold for the 30% reduction. When the energize Delaware came back, they tested with their equipment and reached 30%. With that, they increased the rebate amount but failed to provide us notice. As soon as you contacted us and we confirmed with the program, we sent you a check for the difference. I’m blown away that you would leave us a one star review on this after we explained this to you nearly two months ago. I’ll be sure to reach out to the program on Monday and ensure they contact you to confirm what I’ve written here. UPDATE 8/12/24: Andrew Custis, from the Energize Delaware program did not inform us of the rebate change until 6/6/2024 at 11:11AM, two days after you had originally reached out to us asking about the higher rebate amount. I'd appreciate it if you would consider verifying this information with the program and then removing this review. Thank you.

  So far, I'm very satisfied with the work performed in my attic space by FLC Energy. The builder of this house had not thoroughly insulated nor properly sealed the attic space, causing an ever-increasing condensation problem on the main level during the spring and summer months for the past 10 years. This problem resulted in 10 flush mounted ceiling light fixtures rusting out and being replaced with hanging lights, due to water condensation damage; 4 bathroom exhaust fans were improperly vented and sealed, causing mold to appear on three of these during warmer weather; and also causing two sets of 5 ceiling smoke detectors to malfunction (one set wired and replaced with 5 independently operating detectors, with only one of 5 unwired smoke detectors surviving). Even though FLC just finished the job, I've already seen a slight decrease in my electric bill, which I've NEVER seen as the weather warms here. I should really be able to see a difference next month, after a full 30 days. SO THANKFUL that I don't have to spend another summer with ceiling condensation, exhaust fan mold forming, etc. Thanks to everybody at FLC Energy who worked on my attic upgrade and sealing. Thanks to Justin, who came back today to seal my side door as part of this job. Next I hope to have FLC Energy work on improving/encapsulating my crawlspace. Thanks for explaining things, helping me to better understand how this all works together in your home. ALSO: I'm very happy with the completion of the crawlspace encapsulation with dehumidifier installation. Looks clean and gives me peace of mind regarding my humidity concerns inside the home. So far, the inside humidity has stayed below 60% since FLC Energy completed the job in June 2026. All crew and employees provided excellent service and answered any and all questions I asked. Thank you very much and will see you at the checkup later this year!

  FLC has inclosed my last 4 homes and have truly been satisfied. Every time me energy bills went down considerably You could eat in my crawl space. Can’t go wrong with FLC.
