  Had my roof done by this company in the fall the crew came out and did a great job. Once the job was finished I had a few other issues they were going to get prices to repair. Several weeks went by with no response about the prices for repair. I was sent a bill for 20k for the work done and was paid in full right away. A few months went by and after a hard rain we had a leak. We called they came the next day and checked it out. They discovered is was a 2nd floor window. They said they would get us a estimate together and I asked about the other work they never got back to us about and they said they will get back to us. Its been a month now at this point and still nothing we even called and still nothing. This company seems to only want the big money jobs and take the money and run. To me its simple if you don't want the work don't say you will get a estimate together. Just say you dont want it or recommend someone else. I'd never treat my customer's like this after a 20k job.

  **0/5 ⭐** if I could Had Coastal Home Roofing replace my roof and came away disappointed on several fronts. The materials used were below average quality, and the workmanship showed it — uneven shingles, poor flashing, and gaps that shouldn't be there on any professional job. For what they charge, you'd expect better on both counts. To make things worse, their crew damaged my siding in the process and wouldn't take responsibility for it. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he came across as dismissive — more concerned about the cost of fixing the damage his crew caused than actually making it right for the customer. That tells you a lot about how this company operates. Customer service was an issue throughout — slow to respond and hard to get on the phone. When I did reach someone, the conversation wasn't productive. Overall, the price point doesn't match the quality of work or the level of service you receive. There are better options out there worth looking into before committing to this company.

  I highly recommend Coastal Home Roofing. They gave a fair quote, did a great job, and had good communication. Other local companies charged way too much, didn’t return my calls, or charged a minimum fee that exceeded the cost of my repair. I will be contacting Coastal Home Roofing to replace my roof in the future.

  I had Coastal Home complete a major exterior renovation on my home, including new siding, windows, chimney masonry, porch masonry, a new chimney cap, and they also identified that my roof ridge vent needs to be replaced (which they're scheduled to do next). I honestly can't recommend them enough! Before choosing a contractor, I received several bids. I ultimately chose Coastal Home because of the consistently glowing reviews from friends who had used them, and from the very beginning, their pricing was the most reasonable. They took the time to work within my budget, helping me prioritize the work and find solutions that would last long-term without breaking the bank. At no point did I feel pressured into spending more than necessary. Tony also walked me through all options, and helped list pros and cons every time I asked "what would you do if this was your house" (which was a lot!). From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. Tony kept me informed throughout the entire project, contractors showed up when they said they would, and everyone was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question or when issues popped up. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. They didn't just complete the job - they genuinely cared about doing it the right way. Whenever they uncovered unexpected issues like rotted wood, they walked me through what they found, explained why it needed to be addressed, and charged very fair prices for the additional work needed. There were no surprises or inflated add-ons! What impressed me most was their follow-up and customer service. I think it's hard to find contractors who take a genuine pride in their work, and Coastal Home did just that. If there was ever something that needed a minor adjustment or touch-up, they came back promptly and made it right without hesitation. Coastal Home exceeded my expectations in every way!!
