Response*My email and voice-mail were ignored but not my honest review. Collaborating with home owner's insurance is part of the process (Frontline and I actively worked on this). My roof was never denied by my insurance. I paid out of pocket for decking, gutters and siding upgrade. Provide a monitored email and I'll supply pictures of the multiple screw holes hidden beneath the downspout and other damages. I wasn't aware the urinater was terminated. I am aware Frontline does not manufacture siding. I recall Rob saying Frontline performed repairs on property belonging to friends of his. This makes me question the reliability of the 5 star rating. Regardless, what does this have to do with my situation? There is a clear distinction between being honest and being harsh.* Rating is -3. I suggest you keep searching for another contractor. Before you ask, I've provided my feedback to Frontline and didn't receive a response. Fall of 2025, I had my roof replaced along with gutters, downspouts and siding. From the start there were issues. Frontline thought it would be swept under the rug with gift cards. I thought it was a good gesture but now that I've had time to look back and look at their shoddy work, it is a bandaid. Roof: As my house was being tarped, one guy decided to relieve himself in my backyard. Frontline apologized, I let it go, thinking it was a hiccup, I was wrong. After they were "finished" I cleaned up cigarettes butts, empty soda bottles, food wrappers, shingles and am still picking up nails. I understand a few may be found but this is nuts. Gutters and downspouts: one Frontline person told me they would be installed after the siding, another told me it's OK to have them installed before the siding and the crew would "work around them". My new downspouts were installed and then removed for siding installation. When reinstalled, they were bent, scratched and new holes were drilled leaving the original holes exposed. Instead of having the original gutter com

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Frontline Roofing and Restoration. We hired them for a roofing and siding project, but the work was left incomplete after the company went out of business in our area. (Wisconsin branch because …

I'm a 70 yr old widow. I hired Frontline out of Stillwater to make repairs on my house due to hail damage on August 25, 2023. On May 29th they began. On July 2nd it was brought to my attention by the window company that the windows were just ordered & couldn't possibly be done by the cutoff date of July 19th. My son & I both asked Frontline to request an extension. We were informed by both Ron & Kyle that it was taken care of. It was not. Project was completed on November 24th. My Insurance Adjuster agreed to pay me the full recoverable amount, as he didn't want to punish me for what Frontline did not do. That was negated when I couldn't get Ron to send them the information they needed. I was charged for work they didn't not do. I was lied to, bullied and ultimately threatened. I lost thousands of dollars because of what they did and what they neglected to do. Do NOT hire these people. It's been a nightmare!!!

I wouldn't hire this company to do any work on your house. They have left me hanging several times with work unfinished and no communication as to when if or they will finish, a year into it they have yet to finish. The level of shoddy …

Frontline hit up our neighborhood on 4th of July following a hail storm the night before. Sam who approached us was great, respectful of the holiday and the company we had over and came back a week or so later when the time was more appropriate. Sam did a thorough job and along with his personality, great communication, confidence and stewardship for why his company was the best option for the job of both roof replacement and siding replacement we selected Frontline for our contractor. At that point 5 stars was our rating. The moment Sam was done and the project shifted to Eddie, the "project manager" the stars quickly slide to 0-2. Upon signing the agreement Eddie vanished. I had to constantly reach out for updates. I was stuck in the middle between insurance (State Farm) and Frontline to dispute the siding matching for repairs vs replacement. For MONTHS, I was stuck handling that myself without any help from Eddie other than him pointing the finger back to State Farm but never actually getting involved himself to remedy the situation. Meanwhile our roofing replacement occurs - crew was great, none spoke English which made it difficult to communicate anything. They ended up doing our shed roof which wasn't in the contract and worse yet didnt even finish the cap, they did 25% of it and left it off the rest, on a job they weren't even supposed to do. Eddie never came on site to check work or follow up. I had to make those inquiries again with photos and questions. It was remedied within a couple days which is great. Fast forward to OCTOBER and I'm still dealing with insurance and frontline trying to get answers on siding. I gave up 10/23. Agreed to just have Frontline do the repair and move on. Orlando from Frontline then got involved - ordered the siding and told us it was due around 11/25 for delivery. On 12/18 I still hadn't heard from anyone at Frontline with any updates so I called again. Frontline didnt pay for the siding so the order was cancelled and was re

Chris, the Sales Manager at Frontline, was my first point of contact after I experienced storm damage. He completed an initial inspection of my roof and offered to be present when the insurance adjuster arrived. Chris did an outstanding job working with the adjuster—clearly explaining the issues, he identified and advocated for the repairs that were necessary. His professionalism, communication, and support throughout the entire process made everything far easier than I expected. Frontline Roofing delivered excellent work from start to finish, and I’m genuinely pleased with every level of their service—from the first inspection to the final cleanup.

Our roof was damaged by hail, and after more than a year of frustration with another contractor who couldn’t get our insurance claim resolved, we were ready to give up. That’s when Chris Cohen from Frontline R&R stopped by after meeting with one of our neighbors. He inspected our roof, assured us he could help, and followed through exactly as promised. Chris and the Frontline R&R team handled everything professionally, got our roof replaced quickly, and the result looks beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and are truly grateful. Highly recommend!

Recent hail storm caused damage to our roof. Contacted Rob from Frontline Roofing in Eau Claire, who conducted an inspection and confirmed the damage. Working with insurance our claim was approved. Our roof and skylights were done in one day and clean up was very good. Rob and his crew were very easy to work with.

Matt Smith from Frontline Roofing, Eau Claire WI, was easily able to get my roof approved for hail damage. The first roofer I called failed to get my home approved. Matt kept me up to speed on everything, and was great to work with! His crew came fast. They were professional, very hard working and meticulous in the clean up. Roof looks amazing! I will recommend this company highly and I sure do appreciate everything they did, start to finish!

Their team (of 10-12) was very prompt, they prepared the outside with coverings, and then they worked through the day, and were done by 4:00, and all cleaned up and gone.

Robert was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the roofing process, including different types of shingles, construction procedure, timelines, and insurance issues. I would work with him again if the need arose.
