  I contacted this company for a quote on new siding. The representative who came out immediately questioned why I didn’t use them for my previous roofing project, which set a negative tone. He seemed uninterested and acted like he didn’t really want to be there. Although he inspected my home, I never received a quote or any follow-up afterward. I even called back to request the estimate and never got a return call. It’s disappointing — seems like they might be too busy or hold grudges instead of focusing on potential new business. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected from a local company.

We are baffled to hear you claim you experienced this with anyone on our team. We have investigated this at length, and we have no record of any calls or contact from you to anyone on our team. There is no record of anyone in the team ever working with you. We have checked our system and there is no record of you in there either. In addition we have asked at length our entire team about this. Your claims don’t add up to any behavior we condone on our team. Please get a hold of us to open communication with you to resolve any conflict. We genuinely feel you have mistaken us with another company.

  Your truck decided to go straight while it was in a turn lane and almost ran me off the road. The brake checks that followed were fun too. That's a big truck for an inexperienced and dangerous driver. I love it when people from out-of-state visit Wisconsin and make our roads dangerous. I love it so much, I gave the whole company a gold star.

  In and out of the house from April-august and still are walking in unannounced, left their garbage in our garage and ruined our grill. Left all our doors opened and would use our kitchen as a get together just to bother us the next morning and walk in our rooms be willingly. Will use your house as a get away from the office and won’t leave just like your mother in law during Christmas.

  Very dishonest. The work they did was fine. The billing is very dishonest and vague. I caught so many things they billed for they didn't do. Even the insurance company caught them!

  Posting for my grandmother: Paul Chippendale was the project manager for the roofing and siding project for our home. A man of integrity, he walked us through the project, answered questions to our satisfaction, shared any issues with the homes construction and how it could affect the project and how they would be dealt with. He communicated with our insurance company, addressed yard cleanup after the projects, payed attention to details and went above and beyond to make our exterior look good. Jesus was team leader for the roofing crew. They were efficient and did a great job of cleanup after completion. Never having to choose a contractor for a job this big, as well as work with an insurance claim for the same, was daunting. Paul navigated that for us, too. I never felt we were just another job to this team. The way these guys addressed our concerns felt like family. Thank you Paul and Jesus.

  Hired them to fix the soffit and fascia after some storm damage. They responded quickly, gave me a good price, and Paul Chippendale and his crew did quality work. Would recommend.

  I had an outstanding experience with FOREVER Exteriors. I only needed one piece of vinyl siding reattached near the gable of my home -- a very small job that several other companies either declined or quoted at a high price. From the beginning, Sheri and Jen were incredibly responsive and helpful. they made the entire process easy by communicating promptly, coordinating everything, and making sure the repair was taken care of. Jen was wonderful to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. Jake and Chad did an excellent job with the repair. When they arrived, they discovered that the original siding piece was broken. Rather than simply reinstalling it, they took the time to cut and fit a new piece so the repair was done properly. What impressed me most was their willingness to help with such a small repair and the professionalism they showed from start to finish. They treated my small project with the same care and attention as a much larger one, and that level of customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you to Jen, Jake, and Chad for going above and beyond. FOREVER Exteriors has definitely earned my trust, and they'll be my first call whenever I need help with an exterior project in the future. I highly recommend them!

  Harold and the team did fantastic! When showing me the estimate, he walked me through absolutely everything so that I understood. Communication was great through the whole process. When the team came to install the roof, they were quick and clean! Everything finished within a day. I am very happy with the results!

  I had a small roofing (one ridge hole) issue that needed to be repaired, and my experience with Forever Exterior Roofing was outstanding. Even though it was just a very minor repair, they came out promptly and fixed it without charging me anything. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. I especially want to recognize Nathan, who completed the repair. He was professional, courteous, and did excellent work. I also appreciate Paul, who was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, making the entire process easy from start to finish. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers rather than just making a sale.   After 25 years, it was time to replace our roof I called 6 contractors. 5 of them presented a bid based upon satellite photos. Paul Chippendale responded rapidly, inspected the roof, and videoed a number of problems including the woodpecker damage to a woodstove chimney. The team was timely, incredibly hard working and efficient. The cleanup was superb. Forever Exteriors and Paul were not the cheapest, but certainly the most thorough and I absolutely believe the best value. And they repaired the chimney. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

  The team was professional, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and delivered exactly what they promised. Paul helped us through the process (guy with a British accent). If our house starts getting compliments from strangers, I'm blaming these guys. Highly recommend them if you want your home to be the best-looking one on the block!
